Took my five year old granddaughter to bowl one string. One string. She’s 5 yrs old $25! So overpriced.

The bartender definitely needs more training. Went out with a couple of friends and got drinks and food. We started with drinks and separated the checks and continued with our night to food. Then all the food came out on one bill, which we ended up changing again. So my bill was 2 people and she added the tip already even though on their menu says more than 6. Like huh??? She definitely would have gotten a bigger tip but automatically added tip is wild.

PINZ was great! Perfect spot for a birthday for my nephew and Nicole was incredibly helpful. Will come back for sure!

Absolutely horrible place, there was no staff and my family had to wait over 20 minutes to get into the prize room for the arcade. Staff was rude and lacked any basic customer service skills. They where more worried about the people coming in the door than the customers that already paid to be there. Spend over 100 dollars and walked away with a headache.

kids had certificates from school they won. We played 2 strings. Ordered some Nacho's & pizza, kids love getting "Shirley temples" non alcoholic w/extra cherries! Played arcade games, love that they now offer an option of un-limited play of games for; A). 60min @ $25 w/500 tickets OR B). 120min @ $35 w/1000 tickets CHECK ONLINE BEFORE GOING, as every night PINZ is a different special on food & bowling prices, some nights are 10bucks for unlimited bowling. If it's winter, they get extremely busy, so, it's best to reserve a lane before getting the kids to go. HAVE FUN!!
Fun place. Lots to do. The food was good, The server was great! It was a 'May the 4th' be with you' special day & special offers were available. A good time was enjoyed by our group of 30.

Hosted my 13 yr olds birthday at Pinz for bowling and arcade. Alicia helped with the booking and was so great she was flexible and always available for my many questions and date and time changes leading up to the party. Ashley the server was amazing! She took such great care of us. She is quick, easy going, super cool and on top of it all - seemed to be able to flawlessly multitask with all that was going on that night. She helped make the party run as smoothly and fun as it could be not making us feel rushed or stressed. Manager that helped get us going was also great. Food a little too greasy and wish we asked for app sauces on the side because we had to scrape off what we didn’t like other than that everything just great.Everyone seemed to have such a fun time!
