Hosted my 13 yr olds birthday at Pinz for bowling and arcade. Alicia helped with the booking and was so great she was flexible and always available for my many questions and date and time changes leading up to the party. Ashley the server was amazing! She took such great care of us. She is quick, easy going, super cool and on top of it all - seemed to be able to flawlessly multitask with all that was going on that night. She helped make the party run as smoothly and fun as it could be not making us feel rushed or stressed. Manager that helped get us going was also great. Food a little too greasy and wish we asked for app sauces on the side because we had to scrape off what we didn’t like other than that everything just great.Everyone seemed to have such a fun time!

Didn't like that I had to...wipe clean the menu and the seat as well as find my server (bartender or other server couldn't help) to cash me out. It is a great place for the kids and grown-ups to interact together. My salad would've been great if not swimming in dressing.

Games were fun , I think the basketball game was broken because my wife kept connect 4 over me , My x was not lighting up or she is just pretty good at it lol ?

Nice place.

Always go for a few arcade games but never ate there. Finally did. Kids liked the cocktails. The apps were great: hot, and fresh. The entrees were lacking: small portions and cold fries. Arcade prices are extreme. The $5 arcade that accompanies the kids meal does not go far at all.

Quick service. Neon lights and music videos. Clean arcade for the kiddies.

Very nice, I went to Pinz for some bowling and some stuff in the arcade. I visit family that lives around here, where I fly in from MKE, and PiNZ is somewhere where you should go if you want to bowl. It's probably one of the most well-done bowling alleys that I've visited. Even the food is very good as well, if you want to go bowling or have some sort of fun, PiNZ is where you need to go.

Tried to go here for lunch. No one available to seat us so we were told to see the bartender. No bartender could be found either. The place was pretty empty so it was surprising we couldn't get any help. We left and went down the street to another restaurant.

I got kicked out with my service dog. I should have called the police. Seriously, shame on you. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Talking to higher ups didn't make it any better, your ignorance is disturbing and it seems to go all the way up. My little sister in elementary school knows more about respect for the disabled than you

Dismal. Ghetto. Kitchen closed. Bar sucks.
