I have been ordering Sawtelles for over 10 years as a local Kingston resident and have truly never been disappointed! They have supplied many years of birthdays and family celebrations with delicious pizza and subs! I always recommend their food to someone who is new in town!

Several years ago we tried Sawtelle's and said "meh" but decided to give it another go about a year ago and are so happy we did! The pizza is great - consistent and yummy and their Greek salad (I haven't tried the others) is awwwwwesome with and without grilled chicken. They are super nice, extremely accommodating and reasonably priced. If you had a "meh" experience years ago, give them another try. We go there about once a week now and haven't had a "meh" experience yet!

Chicken Parm bland for almost $20 dollars you would hope they put sauce on your pasta.Only a smear on top pasta bone dry. Disappointed ?never again!

Worst experience ever. I ordered and Italian sub. What I received was a sub roll, one layer of mortadella only onion and peppers. What I ordered: please add extra onion and banana peppers. when I called I was told that as what I ordered. Nope. You weren’t listening. And if that was, wouldn’t you load up the sign with cold cuts. Not ans itailan, I don’t know what that was. And to charge me $14 and then tell me that is what I ordered without trying to make it better? Where is the customer service? Blaming must be a new wave of service. This old school overpriced restaurant will be lucky to survive in the current climate where people are more discerning since eating out is so costly nowadays. Patronize at your own risk.

Horrible. Worst Italian sub I have ever had. Literally one cold cut (I wish I was exaggerating) no tomato, lettuce or other cold cuts or cheese. I called *management* to complain and was told that if you want and Italian with all that, you have to request it. So let me get this straight, you offer an Italian sub on your menu but you need me to instruct you on how to build while you have the audacity to charge me $14. Um, ok.

The steak and cheese calzone does not mess around always good pizza too
They do not allow credit card tips for drivers. I feel very bad for drivers. Make sure you have cash to tip the driver.

Ordered mozzarella sticks. Board says $8.99. Small sign to the left says prices are increasing by 8%. Yet they charged a 26% increase (pre tax). They were $12.08 after tax. Pretty sure that’s not even legal. Change your signs or honor your word. Such an awkward encounter!
