Charlie Horse in kingston has been here forever. Which tells you it is an affordable family restaurant. Food is average to above. If you are looking for these qualities, it would be perfect!
This was the 1st time here and we were very impressed. I had meatloaf w/mashed potatoes and my companion had country fried chicken. Both were delicious and were definitely homemade. Prices were good, service was awesome (Christy) and if in the area again I would definitely return. Highly recommend!!
I used to come here with my mom alot as a kid and unfortunately she passed away last year, so my dad and stepmother took me here today with my children as a memory in her honor, the staff was amazing so incredibly friendly especially with my 2.5 year old, they were absolutely amazing i think my servers name was Carol, the food was amazing as well and a very large menu which was another bonus!
