Have had lunch here 2x now and both times food was just OK . Bartender friendly and always make sure drinks were refilled . Tried the wrap and goldfever sandwich. Ill give the pizza a try If end up going again .

WORST dinner I ever had. The scallop risotto with asparagus was awful, the 3 scallops were over cooked, over salted, the asparagus was soggy & covered in gross white sauce, the risotto was way too seasoned & salty! The crème brûlée was just thrown into a cup with no hard topping the way it is supposed to be and was cold. I don’t want to even give this the 1 star! 👎👎👎👎

My wife and I stopped in a couple of weeks ago for a drink. Place was clean, and well decorated with a decent crowd so we decided to go back again for lunch. Food was not good. I'm not going to go on with a description of all that was bad, but it was bad enough that I would never go back. Kitchen obviously needs work. Bar tender was nice enough but seemed to be overwhelmed by a modest crowd at best. I would look around before stopping here.

So I went to The West End Grill July 20,2024 with my family. There were 14 of us in the party. We split the bill of $418.91. I was the only one to use a card. Unfortunately I didn’t pay attention when I signed it and when I got my credit card bill I was charged the total amount. I called and spoke with the manager and district manager, John Masotta who told me I had signed the bill therefore I was responsible. So my question is where is the money that my entire party of 12 other people saw the wait staff take. It would have been approximately $441.00 if you deduct my husband’s and my portion of $82.00. And include the tip. John told me that the till was not over for that night. So that leaves the wait staff. Tom was our server on the recite. There was also a female server.
418.91 may not be a lot to a big company but it is to me.
I hope whoever has the cash is happy with themselves.

Please do not support or eat here. Owners are thieves.... been trying to use a gift gard I received for Christmas from family. They will not honor my gify card!!!
Do dont buy one because the owner won't honor it! Be vigilant...do not buy gift card here!

Ordered the scallop risotto was delicious. But for a $30 dish it only came with 3 scallops ☹️ one ⭐️ for value. $30 for 3 scallops and a ladle full of rice. 👀

My fiancé and I frequent this place often and it is one of our favorites. Service and food are always outstanding.
Unfortunately today our experience was marred by the 3-4 loud men at the bar. We expect it to be loud in here because of the design but having to listen to these men yelling and loudly slamming their hand on the bar is not a pleasant experience. I brought it up to the bartender and my impression was it was out of her control. The other customers around us were staring and quite obviously bothered by the noise. Once we left I called and complained to the manager, Justin, that we come often and how disappointed we were with the behavior of the men. He stated that he didn’t think the noise level was loud and he didn’t hear the bar being slammed. He then proceeded to explain to me that customers in question were friends of his and they worked for the Sheriffs department and were “jazzed up” from the poker tournament they had just attended. I explained to him that that is all fine and good but the many of the bar customers were staring and obviously bothered by the excessive noise and that I didn’t think their behavior was appropriate for the restaurant atmosphere because I wasn’t sitting in a sports bar. We were in one of the nicer restaurants in the area and not at the Charlie Horse. Very disappointed with this experience tonight but honestly more discouraged with the managements non handling of the issue.
Otherwise we love this place !! and will be back and hopefully it was a 1 time isolated incident

Chicken marsala tasted bland and under cooked. Service was ok. Took long to return to table. 2 hrs and all I enjoyed was the salad.

Used to grab the steak tips from here all the time. Easily the best around, no fat and amazing. Haven't been in a bit, but I grabbed some tonight. Unfortunately, they changed the cut, and they were fatty, rubbery, and severely undercooked. I can't get through them, just throwing them out. I'm super disappointed, I really loved the steak and the atmosphere here!

I always come here after work for a couple of beers. This place is awesome! I love the truffle fries, and they have a good beer selection. Service was phenomenal! Sam was my server, and he was the best!

I had the lunch baked scrod special. The serving size was just enough for a small woman. Food was fresh and waitstaff was friendly. I like it there.

A neat little place. The chicken parm was overcooked, but it was mostly good otherwise and the dessert certainly made up for that. The dining room was nicely decorated, but noisy despite the average sized crowd. Something unique about this place is the open kitchen window where you can see your food prepared. I am sure I will be back, but I think I will try another entrée.

Parking: The restaurant is free standing next to a shopping plaza, so there is plenty of parking to be found.

Wheelchair accessibility: No stairs, and most of the tables had chairs that could be easily moved to accomodate a wheelchair.
