I just witnessed a Domino's driver be involved in a hit and run accident and the other driver took off i personally called his work and there was Absolutely No Concern for the driver at all NONE they were more concerned about the delivery than their driver I can't believe the response of them their driver has injuries PLEASE BOYCOTT DOMINO'S IN LAKEVILLE MA BEFORE I get any negative comments I got this response from more than one person from this restaurant the mgr didn't care enough to even talk to me

Ordered from here last night. They forgot half my order and told me they would be coming back with it in 10 mins… Long story short I waited in and outside in the freezing cold of my hotel lobby checking to see if they would be back like Antonio the delivery driver said. No sign of them for 30 mins, so I had to just give up. Very disappointing!

Ordered a pepperoni pizza what arrived was a cheaply topped MUSHROOM… Cold and arrived late! Also ordered cheesy bites that were inedible HORRIBLE and still waiting on my refund for 6 days now

If a company offers to be able to pay in cash then they should be able to accept cash payments. The driver could not break 100 dollar bill. The option was to drive to the store which why would I do that if I ordered delivery? Wouldn't I have just drived to the store in the first place? Then the manager got on the phone and said a lot of people pay with card so they can't take cash payments. If this was the situation they should have reached out until waiting all the time to get to my house then let me know they can't operate as every other business.

Driver was fine. Food wasn’t prepared properly and I got a gross dip mostly made of cheese. Maybe 2 oz of marinara. I’ve had it before and it was never like this. Not edible. It’s the only thing I actually like on the menu and after this I’d rather just not even try. Photot is after o tried to find the marinara.

Ordered 4 pasta bowls. Received 3 of them barely half full. My wife called and spoke to the general manager. He claimed he needed the items back which is absolutely ridiculous. We have two children that were hungry and ate the food while we were in the phone with the store. I was a manager for a similar local pizza place for years and this is absolutely horrible customer support. I was offered more options when placing a complaint through the app but our kids were hungry so we needed a different solution than a credit.
Roger hooked me up with a bunch of sauces for going to the house past mine it was really nice and they are a great dominos store. Lakeville mass best dominos ever.
