Since when do you need a reservation for a half empty dining room on New Years Eve. So we sat in the bar and had half cooked cold food. I couldn't believe the Beef Teryaki was RAW. Waitress was rude. Our first and last time going to this joint. Wonder why there is a for sale sign out front.

This time everything tasted like it was pre prepped like in a buffet. Not that we didn't eat, obviously we did, but it just wasn't the Sunday service I'm used to! And on a Friday I assumed would be better but I guess I'll stick to whom ever works on Sunday.

Food - My partner and I went here for the first time today, Wednesday 5th July, arriving about ten minutes after they opened, and we had some of the best Chinese food we have had in a long time. We got the Pupu Platter for 2, beef fried rice, and an order of fried shrimp/shrimp fingers and the portions are beyond generous (we will be eating Chinese food for dinner tonight as well and still have leftovers). Everything was a hit, especially the beef fried rice, the egg rolls, and the chicken teriyaki, normally a bit on the drier side at most restaurants, was perfectly cooked. Only warning I would give is that if you have a delicate stomach watch how much you eat, as the appetizers are some heavy eating and folks without lead stomachs may find themselves feeling a bit more full than they expected. My lead stomach and I enjoyed every bite however.Atmosphere - The restaurant was clean and gorgeously decorated, with comfortable dim lighting a soothing green color scheme, accentuated by the soft trickle of their koi pond in the background while we ate. I found that the interior design married the retro vibe of the late 20th century "Tiki Chinese" restaurants with a more sleek and modern look very well. I definitely recommend going when it's earlier in the day if possible, as it's just downright cozy in there.Service - Our server Nancy was attentive and personable, very friendly, and jumped between us and another couple a few tables down with ease. As a bonus she even gave us some tips on the local events happening in the area (we're relatively new to town). It's one thing to get sterile yet polite customer service, but having somebody provide excellent customer service while acting like a human being and treating you like one also is refreshing and does wonders for making a patron feel welcomed in an establishment. Thank you for being awesome Nancy!Five stars all around. We'll definitely be back!
Parking: Plenty of parking in front of and on the side of the building.
First time eating there even though I lived in lakeville for most of my life. Absolutely phenomenal food and service quiet atmosphere. 5 stars all around
