Amazing staff! Great atmosphere!
I was giving the course a second chance by playing late afternoon. 3rd hole with six players on the green. Jumped ahead of them thank god. They were at 20min a hole. Loud Bluetooth and zero etiquette. Similar to my first time playing there…or trying to play. As the first time was an embarrassment to my in law for recommending. Nobody here picks up after 8. Caddy Shack
The course was in good shape.
Parking lot smells bad from kitchen exhaust.
Not a championship experience. Be warned.
Best bar pizza I’ve had in years! Super friendly service. Will be back soon.
We hosted my sister’s 50th birthday party here and it was perfect. The space & staff were incredibly accommodating with a separate bar in the event room below the pub which was cool with AC on a very hot summer day. Holly and the other bartenders upstairs were lovely, efficient and didn’t make us feel like we were a bother even though we were quite a large group. The food in our event buffet was great especially the steak tips, rice pilaf, and mashed potatoes and there was plenty of food to go around. We were allowed to bring our own desserts which was also nice and we were given plenty of time to set up before the party. Thanks again to the staff for a wonderful experience, you guys were amazing!
Fun chill place to play with your buds
Went today. Bartender was on her phone texting most of the time . Chatting continuously with friends. Bartender eating by herself at table. Then licking fingers and no where to wash. Took 30 minutes to get a drink. Pizza is awful. Employees are not motivated. No manager on premises. Plan to call the board of health. Mc Donald’s a better choice.
Nice, challenging course for a par 3. The woman who helped me at the clubhouse was very nice and helpful.
Well maintained course. Friendly staff.
After a round go in for a great meal at the Back 9. Great time.
Went to hit bucket of range balls. Nobody on either side of range. Public side smelled like sewage and was unbearable so I walked to the other side. Was told I wasn't allowed to hit there. Politely explained the situation to the woman in the pro shop. She said she needed to wait for the owners son to give an answer who was not onsite. Kid in pro shop went down to public side, came back and agreed with me on the smell. I attempted to compromise and asked they take the 12 dollars for the bucket off the price of walking 9 holes. Was again told had to wait for owners son. Waited for a half hour to get the answer which ultimately was a refund of the 12 dollars. Will not be returning here.
Not a family friendly place.. watched a man and his young daughter get kicked out because they hadn’t paid 400$ to use the putting green. opposite of trying to “grow” the game if you ask me, would not recommend
Restaurantji Recommends
I’ve been golfing for over forty years heritage hill was the course I would go to at the beginning of the season to get my irons in order and get my distance down.. I would go here instead of a driving range.. must of done something right because I’m a scratch golfer. It’s a great place to learn it’s a great place if your a high or low handicap it’s even a fantastic place to dine out. We would even hold our yearly fantasy draft here when you had to use the newspaper to add up your scores.. they were gracious enough to host our fundraiser tournaments heritage hill is like family it brings back so many memories over the years a must visit
Hidden gem if you want a damn good bar pie !!
Great restaurant/bar. Best bar pizza and chicken tendsrs we have found in the state. 15 out of 10. That's how good they are. You have to try them.
The golf course was fun and the food at the back nine was great but we visited there today and the bartender/ waitress was extremely unfriendly
In town from Houston. The course was in good shape and it was fun to play. For an executive course it had a lot of elevation changes and hazards. Highly recommend playing if you are in town. I had lunch at the club, good menu selection and good service.
