Took like 10 to 15 minutes to get two coffee. Just saying i dont know what the problem was. We were the only two in there. They didnt have to brew coffee. Not sure about anything else.

The employees here are really disrespectful. My coffee was made wrong I can’t drink original coffee only decaf and it did not end well, the workers act like children. My coffee also smelt like fish for some reason. Also I went to the bathroom and some employee or someone keeps peeing on the bathroom seat this isn’t the first time I’ve seen this. Really disappointing!

1/27/24 mid morning. Bathroom was in absolutely deplorable condition. Debris all over the floor. An inch of soap scum in bottom of soap dispenser. Urine all around the toilet. Toilet itself was obvioucovered in urine, public hair, AND MENSTRAL BLOOD! I threw my food away and may need psychological counseling. I think in this case, the food, service and atmosphere are all connected. I couldn't eat after such a traumatic experience. The service isn't good if they can't be bothered to clean the restroom daily. Obviously, the atmosphere isn't that hot in the bathroom.

Sadly.. I usually like this dunks alot. I ordered my usual. And I asked for less ice and EXTRA whole milk and whipped creme. Anyways the lady made my drink and made it wrong 2x. I'm so mad I don't even want to go back in there.Secondly I watched the same woman make someone else's drink and she used the ice scoop to smack the ice into the clearly over crowded cup.. just so unsanitary.
