Dear drivers, you feedback much appreciated.
I was in fight with the broker that this Lawrence MA, Bagel Boy facility allowed the drivers their dock and count case and take pictures? They deduct money due to we didn't provided a photo taken at the loading dock!
Fast Loading but they load fresh hot bagels ? in the trailer and reefer was set at -10 but because of hot product it wasn't go below +5°or +6°. I have 2022 year unit still had issues to maintain temperature. If you have week reefer unit or old unit try to avoid their load they can put you in terrible situation. 3 days transit load I couldn't relaxed to much headache. I have called 5-6 different mechanic all of them said if reefer not going below +5° most likely shipper loaded hot product in the trailer. Be careful guys. Hope this information helps you ??
Very bad. Cancelling a load for a truck driver on a Friday before a holiday. Things like that should be planned carefully. Drivers have families to come back to.

They have the Bagels
fast loading . but they load u with fresh bagels from oven with hot temperatures for a -10 load . ur reefer will b running hard all day and night . not good for reefer and for fuel .
