Today 6/29/2025 approximately around 5:15pm. I just ordered Chicharrón de Pollo online with a side of tostones for $18 from Blue Lounge & Grill in Lawrence MA. However, their website doesn't allow pickup. Okay, so I called to pick it up and the price was $20, no problem. I got there and this is what I got for $20. Not only was the portion smaller, but the meat was horribly salty, overseasoned; it was just bone salt.

I have Ben to blue lounge a couple of times and it was an exceptional experience great music and beautiful ambiance but the experience me and my group of friends had last night was horrible!! We had arrived at 6:30 pm and did not get our appetizers until 8:15pm Our meals also came out in increments first meal came out around 8:45pm so we couldn’t even enjoy dinner at the same time .The chicken wings appetizer was raw on the inside and they still charged us the full amount for them !!we had asked for side of sauces and got them when our food was done so we did not eat them and still got charged for them the pollo frito dinner plate was burnt on the outside and salty did not eat the meat at all ,salmon on the bandeja blue was not fresh it was super super fishy so it was old salmon didn’t eat that as well whole plate was also cold on arrival . The manager gave us a free margarita tower it was a nice gesture but did not make up for the service or the horrible food they brought out ! We paid 200$ to be treated like we was not important and the chef almost gave us salmonella !!! health inspection on food handling needs to evaluate what is going on in that kitchen !! If I could give a negative star I would give -110 !! I have pictures and videos of this horrible experience they are lucky I am no longer a state health inspector no more they would have Ben reported as soon as I clocked in !!!! They had me speechless and very upset by the end of this experience and I will never go to this establishment again!

The owner is a cool dude, staff is great Let's talk and review this place, service great, food good very small portion on the oxtail for $24 but never the less good, the one thing that everyone needs to be aware of is that they charge $15% on top of the bill and then want you to tip on top of that , I'm not agree. Be aware of fake whiskey bottles, they have fake old parr 12ys, you complain but they don't care.
Be careful with the fake blunt ones, they put a fake 12 year old parr in me, you complain but they don't do anything.

Call to order, they gave us 10 minutes, when it arrived it seemed like I went to order; They don't even say hello, they don't indicate what I want, I had to ask them if my food that I went to pick up was ready, they asked me the name of who ordered, they indicated the name, they can't find it, then after almost 4 5 minutes they tell me that the order It is in someone else's name, I tell him that that was not the name they gave, he insists that the one who made the mistake was me, that is, I will give my name wrong ??♂️? where does it fit…. Well, after finally giving me the order, I pay and when I arrive at my destination I realize that the truth was a joke, we asked for nothing, gentlemen, nothing…. The truth is terrible service!!!
