Unfortunately, my experience with Blue Lounge has been disappointing from the start. I’ve given them several chances, but they continue to make mistakes.
One time, I ordered moro de habichuelas negras and, since they didn’t have any, they sent moro de guandules con coco—even though I’m allergic to coconut. Another time, I specifically asked if their guandules guisados had coconut, and they assured me it didn’t… but it did.
And today, we ordered through Uber Eats. The name on the order was correct, but the food was wrong. When I called, they said it would take 40 minutes to send someone, even though our lunch break is only 30 minutes. To make it worse, they asked us to return the food we had already opened so they could resell it.

The Service in this place is spectacular, the lunch is amazing. The waitresses are amazing, Nicki, Roberto and Angela ask for them and you will get an unbelievable experience.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. Ordered tacos, guac and chips, and yucca fries to go. Took over an hour to get my food, and there is multiple pieces of meat in the guac dish. I am vegetarian and there is no meat advertised on the guac dish. The yucca fries also didn't come with any sauce at all. Terrible service.

Today 6/29/2025 approximately around 5:15pm. I just ordered Chicharrón de Pollo online with a side of tostones for $18 from Blue Lounge & Grill in Lawrence MA. However, their website doesn't allow pickup. Okay, so I called to pick it up and the price was $20, no problem. I got there and this is what I got for $20. Not only was the portion smaller, but the meat was horribly salty, overseasoned; it was just bone salt.
I have Ben to blue lounge a couple of times and it was an exceptional experience great music and beautiful ambiance but the experience me and my group of friends had last night was horrible!! We had arrived at 6:30 pm and did not get our appetizers until 8:15pm Our meals also came out in increments first meal came out around 8:45pm so we couldn’t even enjoy dinner at the same time .The chicken wings appetizer was raw on the inside and they still charged us the full amount for them !!we had asked for side of sauces and got them when our food was done so we did not eat them and still got charged for them the pollo frito dinner plate was burnt on the outside and salty did not eat the meat at all ,salmon on the bandeja blue was not fresh it was super super fishy so it was old salmon didn’t eat that as well whole plate was also cold on arrival . The manager gave us a free margarita tower it was a nice gesture but did not make up for the service or the horrible food they brought out ! We paid 200$ to be treated like we was not important and the chef almost gave us salmonella !!! health inspection on food handling needs to evaluate what is going on in that kitchen !! If I could give a negative star I would give -110 !! I have pictures and videos of this horrible experience they are lucky I am no longer a state health inspector no more they would have Ben reported as soon as I clocked in !!!! They had me speechless and very upset by the end of this experience and I will never go to this establishment again!
