The dining area is constantly wet due to water literally seeping up from the floor. Tiles are cracked and lifting. Extremely, it is extremely hazardous for a family dining with small active kids. It is best to shut the dining area until the water is figured. Now as for the foooood. Never in my life have I ever eaten the worst Boston Market ever like that one served to me today. I was extremely disappointed. My son was disappointed at the "chicken nuggets." I really don't see those being a hit. My rotisserie chicken was old & super dry. Like eating turkey meat dry! My meal, along with 2 others, went in the trash. You have noooo idea how much I hate throwing food in the trash. And why was there a sign taped to the door telling Boston Market to call the inspector before serving customers or something to that effect. Should've taken a dorn picture of it.

I arrived an hour before the posted closing time, they were out of almost everything. The gravy looked like it had been sitting out for hours, the soda machine was broken. Portion sizes have gotten smaller, very overpriced for what we got. Certainly not what it used to be.

Upon entering you cant help but notice the glass and door handle hasnt been cleaned in a long time the entire place was gross and we left after seeing the food that looked like it had been there the day before.

Sat in the drive thru for 10 mins, nothing. Nobody showed up nobody responded. I walk inside and found the only two employees at one of the tables, one on her phone and the other guy literally lying down. I asked if the drive thru was open and was flatly told no, to which I asked will could you guys put a sign or something and received an eye roll. One of the employees reluctantly got up to go behind the counter and there was almost nothing prepared. I could understand that if it was like an hour or less to close but this is 5:30 on a Friday almost a full 3 hours before you close. I just turn around and left not worth eating here.

Sad experience. Had only a short time for lunch and used to love this place so I stopped in to meet my partner and have a quick lunch. Place was empty... After waiting quite a while, I had to yell really loud to get some help. The menu board was half empty, everything was dingy and dirty, tables left unwashed, signs covering almost every drink dispenser spout saying "out of order" and signs on all the bathrooms saying "out of order" (even though the worker said you could use one of them... which was nasty). The worker who finally came out said he was alone, he worked there for 10 years, he was the manager and he had not been paid his last 2 paychecks. I had the meatloaf (only serving left and Mr. manager didn't even remember they had it). My partner had the 3 piece dark meat. My sides were meh... he had one spoonful of his soup and said "no way".. he said it tasted spoiled. The chicken was dry and crunchy. Everything here looked like it sat for a very long time. I don't think the manager used gloves.If this is what it looks like in front of the counter.. What does the kitchen look like? They need to shut down, clean up and re-hire. A complete reset is warranted here. I would not go back right now. In fact, I'm a little nauseous right now.

Bathroom was disgusting with no paper towels. Chicken was dry. I complained to corporate and they asked for a receipt and said a gift card would be sent (not that I would use it there). No gift card ever received. No follow up reply from them when I wrote informing them that nothing was received. The manager at the restaurant was not helpful. Told me to call corporate, and when I explained that I did, but they didn't return my call (they promised they would), he didn't offer any solution.There is not anyone interested in taking responsibility or following through with what is promised.No replies. No callback. No gift card. Just dry chicken and a filthy bathroom without paper towels.

Two starts because the employee was nice. The family meal was dry and the corn bread so hard you could not bite into it! Rice fry potatoes tasted like boxed chicken so dry. Max and cheese tasted like it sat there all day! Never again!
This is a convenient location however, they are heavily understaffed and the few that are working are definitely making the best of it to provide a quick service however...The food here SUCKS. The only fresh thing was the chicken, the corn bread were days old and tasted weird, the mac n cheese smelled like spoiled milk and, don't even get me started on the broccoli ???. The other reviews are right, the restaurant is dirty looking and kind of depressing inside. If you want good food, just go to the one in Saugus 100% worth the drive.

My family used to love the food here. We always got takeout as it tasted good and we liked the choices for sides. They always filled the side containers up. Now it's completely different! The food is a lot less tasty, they only fill the side dish containers halfway (they use a small ice cream scoop and say you get two scoops which gives you a container filled halfway), you won't get your moneys worth, but the worst is the customer service. Ugh, obviously they don't do training for that. The manager, Raj, is a total grump, rude, and never wears gloves when handling food. I have had orders wrong many times. Too bad, they just don't seem to care. They should not be on the food business.

"Crispy" chicken with gravy is actually a soggy chicken patty. Cornbread is hard and dry. Ordered nuggets and got a chicken breast. Won't be ordering from here again.
