taste, and temperature of food are excellent, but they are slow, and there always homeless people outside the door asking for money or food.
Me gusta mucho comprar un sandwich aquí pero para poder ordenarlo por teléfono es una odisea. Te contestan la llamada y sin decir una palabra te dejan esperando hasta 15 minutos. Vuelves y llamas y es lo mismo. Sino pueden atender el teléfono, entonces no tengan ese servicio. Eso molesta mucho al cliente, varias veces cuelgo la llamada después de 15 minutos y voy a otro lado donde si me atiendan. Es lo único q deben mejorar.
The service was very slow and when customers inquire owners stated “ I don’t care I have enough customers, leave if you want”. I find that extremely unprofessional and no sense of customer service. I also observed that every 5 minutes there was a homeless person in the restaurant asking for money. The best part of the experience was seeing a person over dose on drugs in front of the door to enter of establishment. I would never eat there again and recommend nobody to eat...read full review
