I purchase a cake 🎂 hoping to try to find a great Dominican cake. Unfortunately, I ordered a caramel cake and I got a sponged cake that tasted more like an American cake with zero Dominican flavor. My family and friends decided not to eat the cake. First and last time. I am sure they are nice people. The cake is not to the standard.
I feel more than satisfied with the work he did, the cake for my wedding was super beautiful, just as I asked for and its delicious taste, the guests couldn't stop talking about how good it was and that they had never eaten a rich and fluffy cake. Excellent when the owner serves customers. Nice costumer service. But they just need to give more training to costumer service employees. They are kind of hateful. And quality cakes in excellent flavor and presentation. For customer service from the employees I give it 4 stars.
