A very good costumer service from Jose/joseph a week ago .
I place my order on the mobile app , “ decaf coffee “ i checked the sticker on the cap to make sure you was Decaf , for some reason it didn’t have the sticker, then I asked Jose/joseph if the coffee it was decaf, but he wasn’t sure .
And then when I was leaving front he shop he told me that he was going to do a new one for me . Cause there’s was not decaf coffee at the moment .

I was treated badly by the girl who was treating everyone badly and was fighting with other students. And I was also saying bad words in front of children and children. My experience at Dunkin was the worst

I stopped here to use the restroom and grab a coffee and realize they don’t have a restroom for the public. I had always thought that restaurants with tables inside for dining were required to have public restrooms for Massachusetts, but I may be mistaken. I didn’t wind of ordering anything so I can’t rate the food.
