Went there on thanksgiving to order a drink. They can’t do espessso or food. What was the point of being open?!?! Terrible!

I pulled up to a completely empty drive-thru on a Sunday morning. After only 20 seconds of trying to decide what to order, the manager abruptly told me I had '5 seconds left' because they were 'on a timer.' I felt completely unwelcome. There is no reason to rush your only customer in an empty drive-thru over a timer. Terrible customer service.

Perfect from weakness

We visited this location today at 100 Marston st, Lawrence. They were very nice and even went extra by making sure my son’s Dunkin donut Halloween bucket stayed clean by putting his munchkins in a bag for him.

The manager took my order and still my ticket was thrown out, someone said they were told didn't have to make it, and I guess there's some other receipt that gets printed that they also didn't have. They apparently didn't notice me sitting there waiting, they're too busy laughing and talking to themselves. It wasn't busy - no one else was there except one person who I believe was a worker on break passively snapping at me. I've been here once before and it wasn't great and I trust the other bad reviews more than I do this staff. I won't be back again.

We placed an online order for pick up and it took 30 minutes after we arrived to receive it because they said they were out of avacado toast and didn’t start making the rest of the order. Terrible.

The new manager n Mohammed are rude. I been going there over 3 years no problem. I go every day 7 days a week. I know all the workers which some are family. All of a sudden because I wrote a review the manager spoke to the workers n told them they aren't allowed to speak to me . Which is crazy seeing customer service is being friendly with us or we don't go bck . Now they told the workers the new manager not to serve me or my daughter n we weren't allowed in the store after 3 years of being there. They use old food .. n are rude. Just stating the truth

It's the worst Dunkin'. It used to be good, but it's no longer good. Hire people who want to work. I bought a small hot chocolate and I had to vote for the whole thing because it didn't taste like anything. It's super bad and the customer service is the worst. They serve a customer and then say, "Give me a second to prepare a delivery order." It's stupid.
