The new manager n Mohammed are rude. I been going there over 3 years no problem. I go every day 7 days a week. I know all the workers which some are family. All of a sudden because I wrote a review the manager spoke to the workers n told them they aren't allowed to speak to me . Which is crazy seeing customer service is being friendly with us or we don't go bck . Now they told the workers the new manager not to serve me or my daughter n we weren't allowed in the store after 3 years of being there. They use old food .. n are rude. Just stating the truth

It's the worst Dunkin'. It used to be good, but it's no longer good. Hire people who want to work. I bought a small hot chocolate and I had to vote for the whole thing because it didn't taste like anything. It's super bad and the customer service is the worst. They serve a customer and then say, "Give me a second to prepare a delivery order." It's stupid.

I live here basically. I go multiple times per week and my food and drink are always good. There's a particular girl (unfortunately I don't remember her name) that is always so attentive and sweet. This is the best DD in Lawrence. From the food to the staff, I love it! The staff deserves recognition for sure. This is not the closest DD to me but I rather drive here.

Went to this location drive through today and they said they are not serving food because their kitchen got very dirty and their cleaning up. I’m like what? This was at 2 o clock pm. Cleaning the kitchen during business hours?? Just close the whole shop, then. So, I went to a different location, Dunkin’ Donuts smh
This is the absolute best Dunkin I’ve ever been to! The food is delicious and warm, and they always make my coffee right. Shoutout to Kelly and Effrain for being amazing human beings??❤️

I live down the road so I stopped at this location multiple times per week since I moved in this area. Not sure what’s going on lately at this location but the staff here are simply rude. Every time I order from the drive through, I always make sure to repeat my order a least 2 times and somehow they always manage to give me the wrong order.Today I ordered a medium caramel Macchitato hot, and a bagel toasted with cream cheese. The lady prepared me a regular latte. I politely told the young lady that she gave me the wrong order. She grabbed the cup went back to fix it and just gave me back the same drink as before without changing anything.I understand we are all humans and we all have a bad day, but man just the negative vibe, rudeness and just play unprofessionalism at this place is incredible.Save your money and time and just drive to another place. I personally will never return to this place again.
