Went to this location drive through today and they said they are not serving food because their kitchen got very dirty and their cleaning up. I’m like what? This was at 2 o clock pm. Cleaning the kitchen during business hours?? Just close the whole shop, then. So, I went to a different location, Dunkin’ Donuts smh

I live down the road so I stopped at this location multiple times per week since I moved in this area. Not sure what’s going on lately at this location but the staff here are simply rude. Every time I order from the drive through, I always make sure to repeat my order a least 2 times and somehow they always manage to give me the wrong order.Today I ordered a medium caramel Macchitato hot, and a bagel toasted with cream cheese. The lady prepared me a regular latte. I politely told the young lady that she gave me the wrong order. She grabbed the cup went back to fix it and just gave me back the same drink as before without changing anything.I understand we are all humans and we all have a bad day, but man just the negative vibe, rudeness and just play unprofessionalism at this place is incredible.Save your money and time and just drive to another place. I personally will never return to this place again.

The worst Dunkin's ever. they water down their hot drinks to save on powered so basically we are being scammed by them. They always change the texture of the hot latte. One day it's nice and thick then day after it's it's watered down. Don't come to this Dunkin

PLEASE DONT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION FOR YOURE OWN SAFETY! I ordered from this location through uber eats just got a normal ice coffee and a wake up wrap. first off my food order was wrong and that was a bummer but that’s not even that main issue regarding food safety. i was drinking my ice coffee and i was half way finished with my coffee and i’m looking at it and i’m noticing little white chunks floating in my freaking coffee!!! I used to work for dunkin myself and i know those white chunks are rotted creamer from not cleaning their milk/creamer dispenser. i’m absolutely horrified that this location is gross enough not to even clean their machines. i’m just praying that coffee isn’t gonna give me food poising. But for ur own safety i would just stay away from this location. they don’t clean properly and they give their customers coffee that’s literally a health hazard. GROSS.

I’ve been going to Dunks daily for 25 years. This is the first time I’ve been to this location, and will also be the last. The staff was terrible. Words cannot express how bad this location is. Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. I don’t know how the corporate office can overlook this place. Awful staff, extremely dirty, just all around bad.

Never had a problem at this location before except one time when the app let me place an order for Curbside Pickup after they had stopped Curbside for the night, so I was sitting waiting and waiting and waiting for 20 minutes and nobody came out. But I don't blame the location. The app shouldn't have let me order it.But this was different. This Pink Velvet Iced Macchiato looked nothing at all like the picture it was supposed to be. And none of the described flavors were there. It tasted like a colored Iced Coffee. That's all. My guess is this was maybe just too new at the time or maybe not something they have much experience with. They are super nice here and if I paid attention right away, I'm sure they would have given me a replacement.
