I’m not sure what happened since they renovated this location but I come here almost every day and it now takes 10+ minute to get one tea order. I placed an online order today thinking that would be faster. Order placed at 8:11, it’s 8:25 and I’m still standing here. The staff working here has no fire under their asses at all and some of us need to get to work. Please fix this. Bring back the dude who had all the energy ASAP because this is crazy.

I think they are getting adjusted to the new way of doing things. The service is usually top.notch at this location today it was super slow and mediocre. I ordered through the app 5 miles away and my order still wasn't ready when I got there.

Won't ever go back I rather drive farther than go here ever again. So much additude from the staff they are so rude. Got 1 drink and waited over 30 minutes for the other 3 items. Wheb I went to ask for ny drink they rolled there eyes and started to make my drink.

Went in and ordered three items. Got one of them and waited for 25 minutes for the others. Never got them even as other customers were getting their orders. The place itself is in need of repairs. Counter panels falling off, bathroom door handle doesn't even work, etc etc.
