I went to the Dunkin's in Lawrence, MA in Andover st. The customer service was horrible. The employee was yelling at me to tell her my name when she should have asked for my name and order number at the drive thru speaker like any other fast food restaurant does.Will never go here again. Hire better people, not ones with nasty attitudes!!

If you want a great example of terrible customer service look no further than this dunkins. They hired teenagers to run the store during the afternoon and they seem miserable. They don’t great you through the drive through and when you place an order they don’t have anything. Imagine asking for a donut at dunkins and they’re all out of donuts… the guy they have working at the drive thru should be fired and the female they have their is equally as unprofessional. She has a bad attitude and is just sitting down doing nothing

The woman at the register was very polite and took our orders correctly, the orders were both correct on the stickers on the cups but neither was remotely correct as to what was actually in the cups and given to us.

I went to this location right around 1:30pm today sunday 4/23/23. I went to get a breakfast taco and a harsh brown like I usually do. When it was my turn to place my order this was through the drive-tru the employee who was a male had the audacity to lie to me and tell me that they weren’t allow to do any breakfast taco at that time. They are only “allow to do it in the morning only and that theres nothing he can do about it”. My replied to him was “wait since when? Because I have gotten it at anytime of the day. I have never seen a Dunkin’ Donuts having limited time for their menu”. He replied saying “Well thats what we were told”. So I drove to a different location in which I placed a mobile order and guess what! They made for me it was ready for pick up.When I got to the the other location i asked the employees there about what i was told and they were honest and very nice and told me that as long as the kitchen is on they can make it at anytime.Why are they lying to customers?Never going back! If they don’t like their job they should go work somewhere else… zeroooo for customer service!!!!!!

THE WORST! Go ANYWHERE ELSE!!!Was there today, got charged $20 for a coffee and bagel. Didn’t find out until I saw the charge on my bank app. Called the Dunkin and had the phone slammed on my face twice. Then was told there is no manager and when I described the person who gave me my order they said no one worked there like that.
