This Dunkin is gross. We threw away the food we bought this morning. It tasted like gas or as if they had sprayed cockroach spray and then didn’t wipe anything down. Never going back here.

if you say you’re open at 4am, i am going to assume that at 4:45am i come to the drive thru and order. nobody was taking my order and i drove around and the girls were just sitting there talking to each other! if you’re there that early at least do your job

I understand that this location is next to a school but when there's 17 kids all up and down on the counters without any food or drink in front of them. And what's this now? Three of them are vaping all the sudden it's like somebody's basement

The service is really poor and disinterested. There’s no concern at all about giving customers a good experience. I’ve been here three times, and after today, I’ve decided to finally write this review.
They forgot to bring my hot chocolate without sugar (or with the sweetener I selected on the screen) and just left it sitting in a corner waiting for someone to claim it. When the person I was with finally got to try it, it had sugar or some other sweetener WE DIDN’T ASKED FOR.
The customer service is unpleasant and careless. The bread was way too hard, it felt like it had been reheated multiple times or was left over from early in the morning. I ordered a side of fried eggs and got scrambled eggs instead, cold and rubbery like plastic.
The only good thing is the look of the place, but honestly, what more can you expect from a chain restaurant? Please, put someone friendly at the counter, it would make a huge difference.

went at 8:30 for food just for them to say they aren’t serving food. went a couple days prior and the food tasted uncooked and had rude servers always with attitude.

Take life to give a coffee even when going through drive through. I told them I was waiting 12 mins for only 2 cars that were in front of me is crazy. Lady in a blue shirt and blonde bun stuck the middle finger out at me very unprofessional.

I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese on the side through the drive-through and this is what they gave me. This is unacceptable. If you people can’t do your job right then don’t do it at all. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with extra bacon and they put less bacon than ive ever had on any BEC from dunkins before, they put a singular piece of bacon despite me literally asking AND paying for extra bacon
