Take life to give a coffee even when going through drive through. I told them I was waiting 12 mins for only 2 cars that were in front of me is crazy. Lady in a blue shirt and blonde bun stuck the middle finger out at me very unprofessional.

I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese on the side through the drive-through and this is what they gave me. This is unacceptable. If you people can’t do your job right then don’t do it at all. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese with extra bacon and they put less bacon than ive ever had on any BEC from dunkins before, they put a singular piece of bacon despite me literally asking AND paying for extra bacon

Not a very pleasant place to be in. Employees are okay but the manager constantly ruins the mood and environment. Just ate here and she caught an attitude over my food dropping then proceeded to talk about me and my boyfriend to her employees as we’re standing right there. I also have an understanding of what it’s like working in a food place since i worked at a restaurant in my previous job but never once did any costumer ever get this treatment and such attitude over the smallest mishaps. You can hear her taking orders how she talks to the costumers just overall very rude and can’t enjoy yourselves in the restaurant due to her behavior. I advice others to not come to this restaurant as i will not be coming back. This dunkin’s is not an enjoyable place to be in and someone like her should not have the responsibility of the role she has. She is a liability to the restaurant. if the restaurant were ever to go out of business i completely understand as to why. no one should ever go through this treatment.

Beyond horrible! Everytime I go here the drive thru is wrapped around the building out to the street! I heard there was a new manager that is supposed to be "strict" ! Apparently not STRICT enough! I have worked enough fast food places to know drive thru lines are on a timer that it's supposed to be kept under seconds of people waiting in drive thru , including taking order and everything! I can't understand how it's possible to wait 45 min to an hour in a drive thru lines and its acceptable?! ? A mobile order was created to make a speedy order , ,and given to the customer promptly, not 45 min or longer! They never have anything you want to order, and I would certainly go inside to get my order but it's not open in morning and closed on the inside by 8:00 when it says it's open until 10:00! Not even the managers in there are courteous, or even a smile or , thank you! Totally needs to be supervised by someone that knows how to treat a customer. Instead of slamming the drive thru window in your face because they are pissed off at being there because the obviously hate their job! HEY! Guess what !? Don't work there then because customers don't deserve to be treated like a piece of garbage when all they want is a hot coffee!! Time to clean house in there!

Every day I go to this Dunkin’ Donuts since is literally across the street from my house and they never wanna open the doors until after 7am they only wanna serve drive-thru only and when you knock on the door they are extremely rude and say they r only gonna serve drive-thru for now til 7am I honestly think that’s wrong specially if you don’t own a vehicle
