This location is understaffed and understocked. Waited 15 minutes with my daughter this morning to get two donuts. After 15 minutes we left without even being spoken to or served and got donuts from Market Basket instead. I’d avoid this location and go to another Dunkin.

Overall horrible service. Ordered on the mobile app and my order could not be found. While trying to provide my name and such i told them u would just go in. As i pulled away they were talking poorly about me and forgot to take themselves off mute. I went inside and they had my cup out and printed the order so it wasn’t showing on their screen. No apology.
They bean to make my cold brew and used iced coffee. They rudely brought it over to me and i said i had ordered cold brew. They said they were out and added an espresso shot in lieu of the cold brew which i didn’t see. All i saw was sugar added which i didn’t order either.
I asked for a refund and was denied at the time being . I was told i had to go through the app. I went through the app and had to call customer service. I was told the franchise owner had to refund me and that they would call me back to do so. Well it’s been a week and i have yet to receive a call/refund. It is case #14817878. Thanks for not giving me my refund and thanks for your employees forgetting to shut the intercom off outside when talking about me have a nice day!
