the experience that we (5 adults, 1 kid) had here was very unfortunate. firstly, the restaurant was completely out of rice. after we placed our orders, (2 sancochos, 1 mofongo, 1 burger, 1 Tentacion De Marisco Fritos, and 1 ceviche de pulpo), the waitress came back explained to us that they could not make ceviche because they are out of octopus; (no problem) we ordered a different item to replace the ceviche. 40 minutes go by and the food comes out, but the waitress only brought out 5 dishes. when we told the waitress about the missing dish (Tentacion De Marisco Fritos), she stated that we did not order that dish. it was a back and forth discussion until the waitress claimed that she had told us that the kitchen couldn’t make that plate (which never happened). the waitress then proceeds to tell us that we can go ahead and order a different item. at this point, we were so fed up by the lack of communication, lack of professionalism, and lack of accountability. we took our food to go, and when it was time to pay, the waitress wad asking for us to leave her a tip. we denied tipping the waitress and paid for our food. once we got home and reviewed the receipt, we noticed that the waitress tipped herself 15% without our consent. i wish our experience here was better. i would NEVER recommend eating out here to anyone.

This place was amazing. Love the place the music, the food and the staff was super. If you are looking for a place to go with family, a date this is the place. I went with my friends on a karaoke nigth and we had an amazing time. And the prices are good. Love it. See you next time.

They had almost nothing on the menu. We ordered 5 mofongos and two were ready and when the other 3 arrived those two people had finished eating. How do they serve the middle of the table first? After waiting more than an hour for my mofongo, they brought it to me wrong. Because she gave my mofongo to the other girl. I ordered it to go because I don't eat it that way. Another person and he leaves it. They didn't even give us napkins for our drinks and they didn't ask us if everything was okay. And on top of that, they charge a $35 tip? The service was 0.

My boyfriend and I came here yesterday on a Saturday, everyone was welcoming including the Dj, The food was so good and worth the price I got a mofongo and my bf got a sancocho, I wasn’t ready for it to come out in a pot it was so cute I loved the presentation, definitely recommend this area!🫶thank you for a great time!
When your charging $14 dollars for 2 pastelito the same size that I would get them in any bodega is a problem, they need to work on their portions but besides that the food is

The best mofongo with salsa criolla I have tasted. True to tradition, made with fresh ingredients - it is clear from the consistency and flavor. Highly recommended!
