Beware when using your credit or debit card for payments. It has been my experience that they will charge your card for a higher amount than the actual bill. I was overcharged by $100. This behavior is unacceptable and borders on theft.
Furthermore, the staff members, particularly the bottle girls, are not friendly at all. They position themselves right in front of the door, scrutinizing and making comments about every female who enters the lounge. Instead of providing good customer service, they spend their time gossiping and judging others.
