One star because I can't give zero stars. Terrible customer service, super slow and declining food quality; Before it was super good and now the quality and flavor are not the same. They take the order wrong and then they don't want to give you the money back and they don't give back what's left, they keep it as a tip without you giving them the tip. They take a long time and to make matters worse the food is cold??♀️??♀️??♀️

We arrived at around 10:14pm, one person in front of us. We didn’t get our food until 11:17pm. We were told it would take 15-20 minutes, but I quickly realized that’s what they were telling everyone. When we received our food, we weren’t even upset with the wait… The food was AMAZING! Best pastelitos I have ever had in my life, fresh&cheesy. The Pork Quesadilla was well seasoned, yummy and huge portions!! The Chicken Burrito was also very good. Worth the wait. Will come back again.
