A childhood favorite of mine. The exteriors of the building, as well as the decor in the inside, do not do this charming little place justice. The woman in the kitchen has been cooking since they opened, and if anything were to happen to her the restaurant would have no anchor. She's akin to a Korean grandmother, who is always excited to see you and make you a warm meal.

The owner is a wonderful lady who makes it feel like you are eating at home with your own mother. Yes. I will wait for my food as she tends to her customers and supervises the kitchen. As she promised, the food does not disappoint. She explained to me that they use only the freshest and top quality ingredients. The banchan was spot on. The kimchi and gakdoogi not too ripe.
