I've always said heavenly is better than dunkin donuts, and today was no different. Though I only got a small iced coffee it was made perfectly, and the cashier was very friendly.

I ordered through doordash. I asked for a cheese melt, which says it comes with cheese, mayo, onion and tomato. I received two thick slices of toast with two thin slices of cheese and NOTHING else. Needless to say it was flavorless and I had to toss it out. In addition, I ordered the Gooey caramel signature drink as a HOT beverage and instead got an iced version. Not so great in the middle of winter. And I ordered an untoasted, unsliced jalapeno cheddar bagel. Came both toasted and sliced. Very, very lazy customer service. I've never had an order almost all done incorrectly. Employees there seem to need to learn how to read instructions correctly. Won't order at this location again.

Service was terrible and donuts were below Duncan donuts. While we were finishing saying our order the lady asked the person behind us what they wanted. Like they didn’t even pay us any attention. That is the first time we have ever had that happen. Then they just gave us the food with no thank you or anything. It was like a cold transaction and they only wanted our money. The coffee was also super average and won’t be back. The donuts were also cold and stale which is weird because we went at 8am. First and last time.
Beautiful place. Everyone is so nice and so polite. Specially that. Customer service is a 10. One of my favorite places when I go to Lawrence.

Just after 3pm today I went in hoping to buy a gift card. I'd noticed on their website they have a place to check gift card balances, but was surprised to be told they do not sell gift cards.
