Possibly just a bad location. Donuts were ok, not anything special. I appreciate the breakfast sandwiches being made to order. They were more like "home made" than store manufactured like most fast food joints.

If you have the option to go to any other Heav'nly Donuts, I'd suggest you do so. You wonder why this place is always having turn overs on employees is because they don't like to work! My coworkers and I went to grab lunch a weekend. Ordered a Tostada. Came with ham, cheese, ketchup mayo. This second time it came with just cheese. They charged me for a Tostada and gave me a grilled cheese instead!! I called to see if they can refund me or even offer me store credit...immediately the manager or whoever think they're in charge, tells me Tostada is just cheese. Ma'am why do you have tostada and grill cheese at different prices if they're both the same? Tells me she's been working there for a two years!! Please tell me why my first tostada is so different than the one I received today?? "I can't do anything about it, don't come again, goodbye" was word by word what she said at the end of the call. Bar for bar. No wonder no one wants to work there and they're losing business. I loved the first Tostada I was made but to come back and get this? never again.

The place was filthy. Like the tables weren't clean. I even found a roach in my food.

I have a dairy allergy and they were very accommodating. They took the time to go through my dairy free options, checked ingredients, and made sure there was no cross contamination. Very nice seating area, and great service.

Terrible a bunch of kids working they feel privileged, I paid 3 dollars for a tea took one sip and threw it in the trash... sandwich poorly made this place needs a older person managing these kids... never going again

This place is NOT CLOSED. They are still open and I saw lots of customers come in and out. Donuts are so good, employees are all friendly and moreover place is so cute. Nice place to chill with your friends or quick stop by for your sweettooth
