My family loves boba but they can be picky. My 8yo said "I don't wanna be mean to the other places but this boba is the best". I agree. Great tea shop and yummi treats too.Parking: Very busy section of road, very little parking.

I wish I could give them a 3.5 or a 3.8 because they're not a 3 but also not a 4. It's a very small cute boba shop and I was in Lawrence so I decided to see what I can get for boba besides the franchises. I believe only the owner was working today and she's very welcoming and quick with my order, considering I ordered 6 drinks to try. I loved the cute greenery backdrop in the store, a great place to take pictures. The green apple slushy was a very smooth consistency and tasted just like how I expected it to, like a green apple lollipop. The strawberry soda was refreshing, not too sweet like an actual soda, but more sweet than a flavored sparkling soda. The milk tea made with black tea was nice, but the boba was really mushy so it's a good thing I only got it for one drink. I wondered what the Heng Hai classic was, but I believe it's just a brown sugar milk tea with less syrup than other places, which is not bad. The blueberry fruit tea didn't really taste like blueberry? But more like jasmine tea with a splash of lemon juice. I didn't get to try the Wintermelon because that was for my sister, but she liked it. In all, this was a nice experience for me.

It was amazing the lady there already knows my order at hand great customer service always makes sure that she has the correct order my order is the strawberry milk latte with strawberry popping boba and it’s delicious I highly recommend and all my times visiting I have never gotten a bug in my drink so please check if you want but I can assure you there will not be any bugs in your drink they remain everything clean rest assured I highly recommend this place for boba lovers me and my friend came here to have a drink we ordered about 10 macaroons they were delicious highly recommend the pink birthday cake macaroon cause it’s to die for! It has a burst of flavor btw if you have allergies pls check the sign that they have that specifies what the macaroons have inside them and what they are made out of the bags they give for single macaroons are so cute and the container they give for over 5 macaroons is cute and fancy 5/5 stars love it so much my go-to place!!

I love this place. A little on the expensive side. My typical order is about $7 for a large, but that's not that far out of range of what you would pay at a Starbucks for a venti. I don't mind spending the money though because the teas are good and I like supporting local businesses. My favorites are the Honeydew Milk tea with Black boba and the Pina Colada Smoothie. The staff are always nice and professional. The only downside is because it's on South Union St and there's no parking lot, it can be difficult at times to find a place to park. But it's worth it. I gladly recommend it to people all the time.

Do not come here. Terrible customer service!! I ordered the fresh avocado smoothie and was given a white drink that tasted like ice with a hint of condensed milk. When I went to return my drink, the manager came out and decided to give me attitude and refused to give me a refund or change my drink when I politely asked. Instead, he wanted to argue back and forth and ask “where the hell” I tried a place that refunded me when I didn’t like my drink. He finally gave me my money back after 10 minutes of him laughing at me while I explained that the drink was not good. Please learn customer service skills before you decide to run a business.
