The worst treatment ever in my life. Wings were great and was reason we came. The bar maids dressed like lady's of the night and acted worse. We wer denied a 2nd beverage due to fights breaking out, Excpet the locals/regular customers were being served after the fact. Also witnessed a customer break up 2 fights and was treated horrible as of he had started the fights. I have to assume he was not local either as he was forced out in the rain/snow as we were leaving we overheard the staff talking negative about the man to the locals and when we were outside the same man was making sure someone did not drive home and was helping someone order a ride service as a customer exited and have to assume a local started calling this nice man names for no reason. Shame on the staff for acting this way to me and my wife and even worse to an innocent by stander who probably prevented them from losing their alcohol license. Never in my life have I felt like an outcast and witnessed the business man being treated even worse, I can only say dont go to this place no matter what if you are not from andover Massachusetts as you are not welcome. Stay at your hotel and order delivery and save yourself a disgusting experience.

Food took forever just for it to be unseasoned. I ordered a burger that was raw , no added condiments just plain meat and cheese, no sauce. not sure who came up with that recipe. and fries with no salt. Had extreme stomache pains afterwards

Food here is OK it’s typical bar food don’t expect anything you’ll talk about.The service on the other hand is atrocious. Me and my friends came here and constantly had our order made wrong. When we won’t to pay and asked to split the bill the waiter scoffed at us and rolled her eyes as if we were a huge problem.If you don’t like doing your job get a different one.

Got the hamburg one day . It wasn't bad. I see this place is getting some not so good reviews. But i'll tell ya one thing one of the bartenders really knows how to rock those skin tight leggins. I hear she's pushin the big 50 too. Has a bod of a twenty year old. So I really don't care how good the food is. She would get 5 stars from me!

We used to frequent J Brian’s for their awesome wings…..however, the last two times we have been there, we end up getting sat in the corner with barely any lighting. Terrible service, pretty sure there are only two bartenders on the floor for a Saturday night which is insane. Waited an hour for our drinks, waiting another 45 minutes to put in our food order, which was only half right when it came out…..the last time it was bad, we thought it was a fluke, but this past one, the same thing….will never be back again

As a consumer, my experience with J. Brian's Pub & Grille has been deeply disappointing. After spending nearly $100 on our order, the entire group fell victim to food poisoning, enduring days of vomiting and diarrhea. What's more disheartening is the establishment's refusal to acknowledge any responsibility when I reached out. Customer safety and satisfactory should be paramount, but this experience has left me questioning the integrity and accountability of J. Brian's Pub & Grille.
Great place. Makes me wish we lived closer so we could hang out there more.?

Food was busting and was yum, kinda over the wings though not gonna lie. Saw a mouse walking around having a blast (not lying it’s by the closet near the men’s bathroom and was running around a lot. Don’t know how they pass health inspections Oop). Don’t sit by the men’s bathroom trust. Service kinda sucks too they mad slow. Would order takeout but wouldn’t stay here. Also song request that was never played, maybe cause they’re racist but idk not pointing fingers.
