I was thinking of how happy I was to discover the amazing products that are created by Joseph’s Bakery. My family and I have enjoyed their delicious Pita Breads for some time. They are always fresh as well as delicious. Made with lots of love. We enjoy the original version and also the whole grain version and the whole wheat version. I purchased spinach pies at Market Basket yesterday. They looked like a work of art through the hard plastic see through container. I heating one up and evaluated why it just didnt taste quite right. There was hardly any spinach in them. I know spinach always cooks down but come onyou want at least a little with each bite. The dough looked beautiful but it was more like a biscuit pizza dough that is perhaps rolled out in sheets by a machine. This is why I go to ouf local lebanese...
I bought my pita online with Joseph’s bakery. It is soft and the freshest. I ordered on Sunday and it was delivered on Wednesday. I love it. So fresh. This is the oat bran, flaxseed and whole wheat pita and mini pita.
