We ordered through the app. When we arrived, there was no sign of our order. We showed the clerk our order ID and the credit card receipt, but they refused to provide our meal or offer any assistance. They also said they could not issue a refund.
We are very disappointed with this experience, especially since we paid for our meal and did not receive our chicken.

This place got 2 of my sandwiches wrong. The lady even repeated the order back to me and still got it wrong.

Terrible place. I tried to go there to order food, and they ignored me. I said hello and they still ignored me. They just walked away. Never coming here again.

I stood at the counter for 7 minutes and no one help me or said a word. The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I gave a 1 star, but I should be zero. I left the restaurant and will never come back.

I only went to pick up my order and it felt from the get go that the lady answering the drive-through line was the rudest, meanest, most racist person I have ever encountered in my life. Here is how our conversation went:
Lady: How can I help you?
I: I am here to pick up my online order
Lady: Name?
I: I said
Lady: NAME? (SHOUTING in the rudest voice!)
I: I said again
Lady: I AM ASKING YOUR NAME.
I: This time I said my full name.
Lady: I WANT THE NAME ON THE ORDER.
I: I again said my name (same as the very first time)
Lady: DRIVE UP
She kept screaming every time she heard me. Obviously she had not heard an Indian name before and was very upset that we had ordered and they had to fill the order.
Once in the window, another person started filling the order. She handed us the packets, and my wife and I started checking. We have past experience of missing items. The first thing I immediately said was there was obviously 1 drink missing. They said we ordered only 1. I had to go back and forth, read the exact order, show them that we had 2 combos. Then they most reluctantly gave us our other drink, all this while trying to make us feel that we had made the mistake. No sorry, no regret. There were other mistakes too. It was a Thursday and no other customers were even there and none on the drive-through line behind me all the time too. No wonder they have such low ratings from all customers off late. Shame on them. KFC should pay notice and close out this outlet altogether. I will avoid them at all costs going forward.

Chicken from famous bowl & tenders RAW!!! I can feel the crunch of how hard the chicken was because it was raw chicken. I just remembered why I don't go there because there's always something with them if is not raw meat. Then is missing 40% of the order & God forbid you ask for the missing items

I would not recommend this place to anybody was doing Uber. Got an order there. My eight year-old was hungry. Ordered him a two piece tender Kids meal Capri Sun and fries and my son instantly got sick from the food. They have these young kids working there or people that just don’t know what they’re doing under cooking the food and serving it to people. If I could read it zero stars I would.

Do not go to this kfc for anything, if you really want kfc take the drive over to the methuen one. Do yourself a favor. The employees here don’t want to work, they avoid customers like the plague and when you order your food it’s a 50/50 chance you get what you ordered. I ordered a simple 3 piece tender meal and was given 1 tender and what looks like a filet which they cut into 2 pieces and threw in the box. Not only that but it was like they selected the smallest pieces possible and put them in the box. I’ve ordered from this place multiple times and every time it’s always something. DO NOT go to this kfc I promise you I’m saving you the headache and frustration of a store with employees that just don’t care about you or your food. They just what their paycheck on Friday.

I was greeted immediately and properly before the door even closed . Thats huge.... Service A+ Bathroom was locked but clean....Food fantastic thanked me for coming and wished me well....almost too good to be true
