This is the worst KFC location I have ever had the misfortune of spending money at.
I will never order from here again, it’s not worth it, you will never get what you ordered, it will either be wrong or missing altogether. This is not the product of lack of staffing, the staff is clearly incredibly lazy and lacks work ethic. It is not hard to at least quality check the bag to make sure everything is in it. Missing entire sides and things you paid for is generally unacceptable.
If you order a multi-piece meal, you will never get the pieces you actually ordered. The chicken will never be fresh, it will be soggy with the coating falling off the chicken & lucky if it’s even luke-warm- truly nothing that thrills me more than having to wait to eat so I can heat the food up in the air fryer. Sometimes, like tonight (12/9/24) the chicken is inedible all around.
The soda is always flat. I’m not sure why anyone would buy a Franzia-esque bag of flat soda.
Management needs to be more present or maybe new management is needed altogether. Honestly, just close the entire location down, which is probably only a matter of time— I can’t imagine this location makes a large profit because they constantly have to issue refunds and they contribute greatly to overall food waste. Chic-fil-a WOULD NEVER.
In this economy if I’m spending $40 on 2 meals, it should be right.

I order a number 12 with fries and a number 2 piece meal drum stick and wings mash potatoes and coleslaw with lemonade and Diet Coke when the girl passes the drinks she give theme with no straw's the guy come to window give the bag with food we say excuse me he completely ignored us closes the window we honk the horn the girl come we get the straws as we are driving away we notice they literally only put 3 fries when I look at my 2 piece is only 1 chicken thighs what I did not ask for this is not the first time I come here and these people are a disaster they don’t care about their job and do what the want they don’t care if the customer requests something they do what they want to do aside form this we don’t get a refund if you can’t manage this KFC close it down then and stop having these people that obviously don’t want to work there run this business the obviously don’t care

Always something. Can’t never eat a chicken breast here because they never have them. Always incorrect orders. Poor management!!!

Ordered an 8 piece meal and cost around 37.75. Went thru the driver thru and they said go around front due too not ready. Waited 10 minutes and got my order. Got home and the chicken was cold ( thinking I’ll be hot due to waiting ) . For the 8 piece chicken got 4 chicken wings and 4 skinny drum legs ? my family was very angry at me cause it was my idea to go to KFC. Never ever will go again to this location. People if you like KFC please my advice stay away from this location South Lawrence.

I was there today picking up dinner for my girlfriend and myself and the worker that was there was just there looking at me like I wasn't there. I tried speaking to him and he snapped out yelling at me didn't want to give me the manager name or the owner name plus kicked me . I will never go to that restaurant again. Plus that restaurant was dirty napkins, straw paper all over the floor the bathroom nasty clogged. I recommend that no one go there and someone needs to close the place down. It's on South Union St, Lawrence, MA.
Parking: Had to park on the other side of parking lot.
