I bought 2 mofongo, with Carne guisada wow the price is not that high! Without words it is above, rich, rich, delicious, tasty I thought I was in Puerto Rico ?? the seasoning and texture on the palate there are no words! I recommend it 100 x 100! GOD bless the hands that prepared this meal!

Food was fantastic. I had tacos, 1 each -steak, ground beef and pork. All great, I liked pork best. Fresh cilantro really made it superb. My husband had tripletta Cuban, which had more stuff on it than a regular Cuban, and was delicious!Also sweet plantains were super yummy.Generous portions, so we took some homeOnly reason it’s not 5 stars is because it’s shared space with Dunkin’ Donuts, so no atmosphere, just a couple of tables.Highly recommend this restaurant. Will definitely return when we’re in the area. Look forward to trying more items on the menu!

I've been coming here for years, this restaurant is the best in Lawrence ?
I wonder about the positive reviews at this spot...definitely will not return ...bought a double order of oxtail..it was bland and tough to chew the red beans also lacked that DR Caribbean flavor for sure there are other DR restaurants with in the same area.. 1 star but definitely a BIG 0

It's OK. Seems like some of their food is kept under a heat lamp without making fresh substitutions.
They treat people very poorly when they call, they say they have problems with the phone and one talks to them a little harshly because they themselves say they don't listen and end up insulting the client. They should be more efficient with customer services

To enjoy this place you seriously need to calculate your time and interest for the money to actually drive through the bustling city of lawrence and hope to god find parking to get food because delivery is usually an hour and 30 minutes, always over an hour and may get your food incorrect, not to mention it can get expensive on some ideal plates. When youre finally eating you forget the hassle and stress and are very impressed and satisfied. They seriously cook great hispanic food, great strong generous seasoning.
