A hidden gem!

This place blew me away from the moment I walked in. The vibe is the perfect balance of cozy and classy—you can tell it’s run with pride and passion.

The food was on another level. Every dish was fresh, full of flavor, and seasoned perfectly. You can taste the love in the cooking, and the portions leave you satisfied without feeling overstuffed. The drinks were just as impressive—craft cocktails that are strong, smooth, and mixed with real attention to detail. Whether you’re into classics or something creative, the bar has you covered.

What really stood out to me was the atmosphere. It’s the kind of spot where you can bring family for dinner, meet friends for drinks, or even just unwind after a long day. The service was warm, genuine, and made you feel right at home.

Fantastic eatery! Even though they don't take reservations, they really try their best to accommodate big groups. The service is top-notch, and the food is delicious.

This was my third time here and I can't wait to keep coming back!! Mamajuana's service is top-tier. You're never left waiting and staff are very nice and accommodating. The food is phenomenal!! I loved my chicken cordon Bleu entree which was cooked to perfection and topped with a wonderfully creamy sauce sitting on a bed of mashed yucca. Chef's Kiss. But this didn't mean that I didn't also want to eat my husband's meal which was grouper fish in a divine red sauce. Fish cooked to bring out it's natural flavor making sure it's sooo buttery and soft 🤤 The drinks and shots are always mixed well so it was a great compliment to the meal. Vibes are immaculate!!

The only thing good about this place is service and atmosphere. It is quite overpriced and charging Boston/Cambridge prices in Lawrence!!

Inside is nice. However, the patio was not clean - dirt in corners and pieces of paper flying around. Not sure if this was the case because we went on a weekday.

We ordered the Drakes cocktail and it felt that it was a terrible diluted piece of crap. Food was average at best - we ordered couple apps and one entree.

We were a party of three and they already added 18% gratuity to the bill. And there was still a place for tip on my bill. The least they can do is inform their patrons that a default gratuity will be added.

We will never go back to this place.

Worst case of nausea after eating I've ever experienced

Anthony was an awesome server. His recommendation were on point. The food was amazing! Management stopped by our table to check on the food and service, she was very kind and attentive. I would definitely come back.
