I went to this McDonald's, and I will never return the manager who has poor customer service skills. This is a fast food place. People shouldn't be waiting 5 minutes to receive their food, and the employees were worse than the manager. The food is not fresh, tasting refrain from going there at all costs but if you have to that's your choice I will never return just look at the other reviews nothing positive about this restaurant it's a shame oh I forgot to mention drive thru line takes to long it's suppose to be fast food

Food and service was great! Had a disappointment though. It’s a large franchise and my husband had went to change my son and they had no changing table. I said no problem I was like I can do it in the lady’s restroom and went in and there wasn’t one in there either. It’s a disappointment to say the least that I can’t care for my child at this establishment.

The Big Mac tastes real good the quote Coca-Cola it's the best thing they have there and the drive-thru don't take that long I came inside to look the bathroom is all clean five stars

After a long flight, I was driving from Logan to Vermont and it was late and I was hungry. I saw the sign on the road, knew they would still be open and they were. The lady at the counter was friendly and the restroom was clean. My burger was fresh and hot.

I was asking the manager politely a simple question today, July 27 for breakfast and her answer was if you don’t like the way I do things you need to go somewhere else to my point of you. It’s not right to be treated that poorly where you spend your money, I guess the manager had a bad night last night and decided to take it out on me. I’m not gonna let her ruin my day. Do not go to the McDonald’s in Lawrence specially this one 599 and Dover Street the service is so poor hard work all you wanna do is be treated like you’re supposed to be treated , not be threatened and throw out of fast food restaurant service the worst service the worst I have ever had
The supposed manager told me that if I didn't like my order, how it came, that I should leave and not come back. My God, what a way to treat customers.

Through the drive-through and the manager was so nasty told me not to ever come to the McDonald’s again please do not go to this McDonald’s in a boy getting treated like you’re begging for food. There’s a good McDonald’s down in North Andover. Do not go to the McDonald’s here in Lawrence and the one on Broadway Street that’s the worst

I see the rest of the reviews about the manager. Shes horrible idk i believe the lady with the red hair is the manager and shes horrible. She filled have my orange juice drink with water no ice was in it at all i would like you guys to re consider her position or really watch your employees cause the manager is always poor service
