Why do they have a drive-through if they leave people waiting up to 20 minutes and turn their backs on them?
I’ve gone about 3x simply hoping that my thoughts on the food & service wasn’t due to just a bad day.
The service somehow is always so slow and that’s even with 3 people behind the counter.
The empanadas just don’t do it for me. I truly wanted to like them because I’ve enjoyed Pikalo empanadas from their other places but something about the dough here I just don’t like it.
The food is expensive.
They close the iron early all the time.

Time says 6:00 AM
And I was waiting until 6:16 am and the person makes the gesture with his hands informing that there would be at 7:00 am.
And not only me was waiting…
Please change the hours on the sign and on the website so that people do not waste their time.

Too Expensive some of the workers are rude never coming back sorry not paying 5.70 dollars for a empanada please fix your prices. We live in a Spanish community where pretty much everyone know how to make this.
Many employees without a supervisor, the service was very slow and you can see the employees talking to each other and not being quick to serve the customer, if they have a manager the manager is not doing his job
It was the first time I went and it is very expensive, the quality of the dough in the empanadilla has no taste and the meat I tried was beef, totally dry, for me it has no taste as it needs to be a little more juicy Believe me, I bought two beef empanadas and I didn't like them, but it's a matter of taste and it doesn't necessarily mean that others don't like them, but I didn't like them, I think I wouldn't even eat them if I was hungry, they wanted my opinion. well that's my opinion, but the juices were delicious, I loved the chinola one, I think they can improve the product, and another thing I'm a chef and if they change the flavor of the meat and make it juicier, I think it would improve a lot, and they should also make the dough with more flavor. I am Puerto Rican and my wife is Dominican and you have to think about our tropical flavor that so many people like.
Hello all, it’s your friendly neighborhood nurse practitioner! I recently enjoyed a good experience at Pikalo. The ham and cheese tostada I ordered was toasted to perfection, with the cheese melting just right, creating a delicious blend of flavors. The passion fruit smoothie was a perfect match, striking the ideal balance between tartness and sweetness. I highly recommend this spot, especially for their generously sized and tasty empanadas (even if I think they are a little bit expensive for what they are, but that applies to most food spots that sell empanadas). This location isn’t ideal for dine in, more of a take out place. A satisfying meal overall, highly recommend!

I won't ever con to this place I order 4 empanadas, a kipe and a soda and it cost me $32 I asked her if it was gold I had the empanadas when she explained it was 5$ dollar each when on the other hand monumental enpanadas are 2.5 $ dollar each, and he only gave me the 4 enpanadas and left me without a kipe.!! This is to expensive for flour and cheese in an enpanada. Good luck but not buying here again I felt I was robbed to be honest .!!

Two small and burnt croquettes for almost $8 dollars, a cheese and chicken empanada had more air than ingredients, I was really very disappointed, too expensive for what they give.I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
