Always a problem at this locations, after 10 minutes of waiting in line, I was told they were out of white rice and beans what is frustrating but I can understand. I asked for whole chicken with plantain and I was told that I need to wait 20 more minutes for the chicken. Just walked out at this point. I love the food here but is no sense of organizing at all, from different previous occasions.

This place was great! We got half a grilled chicken with rice & beans and 6 pieces of fried chicken with plantains for $33 total. Everything was really delicious. I would happily order from them again.

I just left this chicken center in La Union, today March 11, 2025 at 4:50 in the afternoon, they always give you the total as if you were paying with a card, but when you pay cash it is less. I paid her in cash and she kept the change and the receipt so that no one would notice.

Terrible bad service. The 2 people in front provide bad service and bad attitude. I visited on November 13, 2024 at 1:30 p.m. It was terrible.
The only “chicken” place that never has chicken readily available. Or even tostones. The food is great! But you’ll have to wait long time to get it because they never have anything ready.

Ordered via Uber Eats. Didn't receive one item, they delivered the wrong drink, the wrong appetizer, and the chicken was cold, dry and salty. I ordered the 4 piece meal and received 1 drumstick, 3 wings. I travel for a living and use UE a few times a month. This is the worst meal I have received ever, anywhere.
