I visited the Starbucks on Route 114 in Lawrence, MA today and, as always, placed my order online for convenience. When I arrived to pick it up, I was greeted with excellent service—especially by Alejandro, who was incredibly kind and professional.
His attitude made me feel truly welcomed and reminded me why I love coming to this location. The team here consistently provides great service, and it shows in every interaction.
I felt compelled to share this experience because it’s not every day you find such a dedicated and friendly staff. Thank you to everyone at this store for making my day better!

Fast service / well staffed. Clean bathrooms. Convenient location.
Really disappointing experience. The staff seemed disorganized and unhelpful — I waited nearly 30 minutes for my order, and they never called my name. Turns out they threw it away without telling me, and when they remade it, they were rude about it. Definitely not the level of service I expect from my local Starbucks.

I really liked this location because I always got great service until my cousin got called a mamañema for ordering water??? Truly disappointing for someone that works in the costumer service industry. What is wrong with them?
Very rude girl at the window, I went there today 12:27 she took my order when I arrive after taking the payment she starts walking around avoiding eye contact while my drink was sitting there ice melting until after a while someone else comes asking if my drink is an ice mocha and handed it to me. Terrible service

No public bathrooms
Visited at 7:40 AM on a Saturday July 5th
This Starbucks (Winthrop) delivers the typical experience you’d expect — clean storefront, friendly enough staff, and efficient service. However, the condition of the restrooms was completely unacceptable.
Both bathrooms appeared to have gone untouched since the previous evening. There was no toilet paper in either bathrooms, no trash cans, and paper towels were being used for hygiene purposes and discarded in the corners. The result was unsanitary and clearly neglected.
I politely notified the woman behind the counter, but she appeared disinterested and made no acknowledgment of the issue.
For a large company that prides itself on attention to detail and consistency, this level of disregard is disappointing.

I bought 3 large cups for about $40, the staff put them in a torn tray, I was alone so I needed something stronger. I asked for another tray but the staff said this was not necessary. I was very surprised by this. You guys should re-evaluate the staff's attitude.

This is a huge spacious store, very neat and clean inside, lots comfortable space for dine-in. They have a drive thru as well. There’s a Tesla Supercharger station right next to it. A lot of people stop by while charging their cars, same reason for me. The menu has all the popular drinks. They have a bakery items as well but they were all empty when I was there.
The employees were generous. They didn’t really enforce the rule of making a purchase to use the restroom. They were preparing the orders quickly and serving to customers. Overall a decent SB store.
We came to pick up our mobile order through the drive-thru and when we reached the window the barista handed us all of our drinks and followed up with “next time wait until the mobile order is ready” in a rude tone. I’d understand if the order wasn’t ready, but it was. So beyond unnecessary especially when Starbucks preaches ethical and kind behavior. She had blonde hair with pink highlights throughout it. hope her day gets better.

I dealt with a gentleman is mid 20s short dark hair beard mustache, and glasses last I didn’t get his name, but I should have. He works so efficiently so calm so cool when there was a hiccup with an order he immediately fixed it. I also witnessed every other person working in the store to be quick kind and just as efficient as the other gentleman I am super impressed with this establishment, whatever they’re doing keep on doing it.
You wait in a long line, leave a tip, and all you ask for is 'less ice' and it’s not the first time. If I ask for no ice, I’m still getting less than what I paid for.
