Gets the drink (ice is full up until the third line on cup)
I am paying 6 dollars for a coffee I want coffee not a cup of ice…
Then your stupid debit card reader prompts me for a tip too?
What makes you think I want to tip you when you can’t even make the order right?
Last time i made a big deal out of it I drank the coffee and saw the amount of ice in it they told me no they can’t give me a refill or make it right.
Sorry I couldn’t see the drink was literally half ice until I drank it and realized…
You seriously want to make such a big deal about making it right with a customer?
Maybe make the order right in the first place…
Next time you do this I am having the drink remade…

I really wish this location was on the DoorDash Pass because its $50 for two coffees and two sandwiches, but I have to say that whoever has made my coffees this past week is the actual God Barista and they need a raise IMMEDIATELY. I have never had a coffee so good in my entire life. I wish I knew who it was by name but unfortunately, through DoorDash I can't figure it out. There is a Starbucks in the plaza where I work and I still spent the extra money for delivery for this specific location just because the coffee is made so well!!!!!! <33333

Had a great experience here. Fresh food,Great Service Good location.
I get that this location is in high demand and the turnover of baristas is unfortunately higher, but the service here is one of the slowest locations I’ve been to. The couple of times I’ve gone inside, I have to wait forever for my drink, not to mention a few of the baristas seem rude before you even say anything. That’s not to say all of the staff is like that, but it’s too many times given how infrequently I go here. I asked for a second to decide, and then said hi excuse me I’m ready, and the other woman next to her heard and just smirked. Id honestly rather go to Dunkin’ Donuts or some small shop or a Starbucks a town over.

Nice new spot..needs a few more tables. Disappointing that there is a drive thru which,while idling, contributes to global warming...I believe Minnesota has stopped allowing drive thrust for that

Very nice atmosphere and I spent a great deal of time working here with coffee and snacks, but their WiFi doesn't work.

Customer care is always great and baristas always have a positive attitude. Service is honestly pretty quick for a Starbucks most of the time. Conveniently located, plenty of accessible seating in a variety of options both indoor and outdoor. Bathrooms consistently clean.
Parking: Plenty of parking with an additional business' lot nearby for quick trips in and out.
