They'll never follow instructions when making the food.

After eating I like to wash my hands, call me civilized I guess. Not a drop of soap in the dispenser. Makes me wonder how the person making my sandwich washed their hands? Just saying..

Bad Business! VERY BAD Business! Whoever took care of my order gave themselves an extra tip on my debit card. I love me some subways sandwiches, but this location is a no go.

The workers do not wear hair nets
While the women was making my sandwich she pulled out a long hair from my tuna sandwich right infront of me
That is so nasty
And she did not offer to make me a new one
Disgusting 🤢

Only subway to have a wall to not let you see the food, when you ask about it staff gets defensive. $20 for a flatbread sandwich is crazy! Never again

I think they got new ownership as of last year. I missed the old crew that worked there. I find it insane how a simple BLT is over $10 but you can go to the North Andover subway location and get it for 6 something for a foot long ?
This place has gone down hill. I used to like ordering online to save time and just go in and pick up the sandwich, but if you do that, then they leave half the meat off the sandwich to save on inventory. They know you'd have to be pretty dedicated to drive all the way back to complain. Combine that with high pricing and you won't leave here satisfied. The place is chronically understaffed which makes ordering in-house a chore. No one wants to wait 30 minutes for fast food. I recommend letting this one go out of business and patronizing whatever fills its place.

This subway used to be great. Added a wall so where you can’t even see what you’re being served. Prices are extremely high. Food quality has gone down. Staff act as if they’re entitled. Never

Workers overprice your orders and put down prices for food you didn’t order and then refuse to give

This place has really gone down over the years. I used to always get a cold cut which is now 8.99 with bacon, 11.49 before tax. My granddaughter came back with just a bologna and bacon sandwhich that was 14.97!! They charged her for a BMT and she told me she asked for a cold cut with bacon and she thought they did it right but couldn’t see because they had the lid up blocking when they put the meat. She even told me she asked them if it had ham because all she saw was bologna AND EVEN SHOWED THEM THE SANDWHICH ON THEIR WEBSITE. I sent her back to either get the cold cut done correctly with the ham, salami, and bologna and the 2.40 difference from the 11.39 BMT. She comes back with what I assume is a BMT without a bag just wrapped up and they charge .10 for a bag so it was semi-cold. She said they told her they don’t do cold cuts anymore, they only do Series sandwiches which isn’t true because my daughter gets Classic sandwiches all the time and that they charged for a BMT because they added 8 pieces of cheese which is extra but SHE DID NOT ASK FOR EXTRA CHEESE, She asked just for the extra option of bacon. They told her cold cuts don’t come with cheese but they always come with American cheese. It doesn’t doesn’t make it right to charge for a BMT because the first time it didn’t come with the pepperoni, salami, and ham. The first order was just bologna, the charged bacon, lettuce, sauce, and unasked for extra cheese. I don’t know why they’re so stingy with the meats, they don’t know how to make the sandwiches anymore.I never like online because there have been times they mess up on the sandwhich or they close as early as 5-6pm with no warning. I get it’s fast food, they can’t control the app or website. Now I can’t even trust them making the right sandwich with someone there in person because they dont even let you see them making the sandwhich anymore. They aren’t TRAINING their employees anymore, they LIE to customers, AND UPCHARGE YOU!! $15 for a chewy sandwich I had to settle for is my last straw.
