Always check your bag before leaving this place! This is the second time in a row that they’ve forgotten more than one item from our order. Don’t leave the drive-thru without doing a thorough check. We generally do a loose quick check to avoid clogging up the drive-thru and lot, and these last two times we’ve regretted it. In the future we’re going to have to pull over and check.

That place most of the time if you go in to order feels like you have to beg them to come take care of you… drive thru is quick, not everyone likes going through the drive thru. They need to work on customer service. Plus it smells like sewage

They used to have Tacobell breakfast and it was the best breakfast option around! I hate that they took it away, I don’t know what to eat for breakfast anymore. I would buy a breakfast Crunchwrap every few days

I just bought 6 crispy taco supreme tacos and they had no tomatoes and sour cream and were smaller than the ones I bought last week Tried to call to talk to someone and the phone rings 3 times and then screeches like a fax machine .Tried several times very upset even one of the workers told him to add tomatoes because they were supreme one out of 6 had tomatoes none on the rest as well as no sour cream

3 times in a row they have got pretty extensive orders 100% correct. That has to be a record for any Taco Bell on the planet. Major props to the people working at this one.

Ordered a few things in app to take home in drive through. My chips are missing so I went to report it in the app and then the app offered me three dollars off my next order which is less than the cost of the product itself. I called the store to rectify the issue and the phone number is disconnected. I’m extremely upset as I was hungry and I was trying to call to see what we can do to make it right for the discrepancy. It is not fair if you’re paying for a product and you do not receive it that is theft.

This location can be hit or major miss... Sometimes you get nice plump soft tacos really stuffed up sometimes there's barely any meat or anything else in them.

Sometimes the service is great. Sometimes you're waiting 20 minutes to place your order for someone to come to the counter.

When they do they have a terrible habit of coming from the kitchen/prep area to take your order at the counter touch your dirty money, give you your dirty change then go right back to the food prep area without changing their gloves...

I've had to ask multiple times for them to change their gloves and a few times to remake my food. This literally happens right in front of the manager.

I guess that's part of the inner city Taco Bell experience right?! 🤢🤮

Horrible experience every time, although I let them pass because it was via DoorDash, but this time I decided to go back because I was missing all the extras I paid for, and what's more, I asked for a certain thing and they gave it to me changed because they didn't have it, a complete garbage service.

Awful service. Filthy interior. Cold food. Warm drinks. Avoid this location at any cost. I love Taco Bell, just not this one. Barely anyone speaks English so trying to have a conversation is difficult. My order was wrong and missing items. It took them 10 minutes to make them. This location just needs to be closed permanently until it has staff that actually know what they're doing.

I just had a horrible experience at Taco Bell tonight they pushed in my cinnamon bun they gave me cold fries that were mushed with no seasoning they gave me a burrito with just meat in it, even though I ordered a Chalupa supreme they also left old cheese at the bottom of the bag The guy was completely rude and disrespectful at the window. He didn’t respond to any questions everyone’s was very off and i’ve never had an experience like this at taco bell ever!!
