They don’t like to serve America English speakers… try calling ahead of time and find out how the person on the phone treats English customers curious enough to inquire about any item… but if u don’t want to find out on ur own heres my story. I assume the hiring is done by somebody who wants to look at girls instead of having a functional business. also be careful they add gratuity that you do not need to pay for, especially if you have less than 4ppl because that is not a party… state law.
Just called to ask a question before making a decision to go there since i have never gone there.
Lady picks up the phone and the moment i started speaking English she started pretending she doesn’t hear me at all, called 2 more times, the last and 3rd time i recorded… but they picked up and left the phone off the hook🤣… and yes.. they would instead of new business.
Recorded 2mins of this nonsense then called back a few more times just to confirm if they would rather have the phone off the hook than speak English to someone.
I hope the owner isn’t the culprit or responsible for this situation, i was going to travel 1 hr out to go that way but not anymore with this unprofessionalism, lost business because of the team they left in charge of the phone, wasn’t trained enough to speak English but they have an English automated line🤣
Time of incident: 9:07 pm Tuesday 2/17/2026… Phone was off the hook for 1hr&30mins.. Called back 2-3hrs later…. Same thing happened… spoke the little spanish i kno.. than spoke English and she hung up🤣… i just wanted to know how big or small was the nachos plate and she couldn’t handle that and kept trying to place an order… again… they have an English vmail🤣 what for?… if no one will understand

Do yourself a favor and don’t step foot in this place . I was there with a group of about 13 people we order food and drinks. The waitress was very cordial and attentive but had the worst experience EVER. There was a COCKROACH in my drink . I called the waitress over to show her she didn’t know what to say she was nervous and brought it over to show the manager. I can see her do it from my seat , the manager just disregard it and looked away . She apologized and gave me some story that the ice machine was broken and that the ice came from a different place.The manager did not even come to our table to acknowledge what happened . He totally disregard it like this is something normal that happens in this place After this happened I see them just continuing serving drinks like nothing while knowing all the ice is contaminated . The waitress was sent over to comp my drink and food like that was going to do something for the hundreds of dollars that was spend . This is Disgusting and I will never go back to this place .The health department needs to be looking into this place .

First time going to this restaurant with my wife. When we arrived the waitress looked us up and down and put us in a high table not suitable to enjoy a meal. Really slow uncourteous service, They need to work on there customer service.

The bartender was rude and told me I had her feeling dizzy because I moved from one table to the bar because I was told to go to the bar and ask for water. She also tried changing me for a bottle water that was given to me by another waitress for me. She humiliated me in front of customers and the staff. Two days ago she threw my $18 drink and $5 water bottle when I asked her to watch them until I came back from vaping outside.

Today I ordered lemon chicken breast with vegetables...the meat was so tough you couldn't even cut it, and the vegetables seemed stale. I was really disappointed. It's been good other times, but I don't know what happened today. Bring cash if you go because they don't usually have change if you pay that way.

I wish i could remember our waitress name, she was amazing, she took our order in less than 10 mins ours drinks and starters where at the table, our food was so good, we drive all the way from Trumbull CT, and definitely will be coming back.
Too expensive for the amount of food they serve and the quality. It looked like a welcoming place for families but I was wrong. I arrived around 3pm and the music selection was nothing but disgusting and disgraceful for a family. Playing music with explicit lyrics in front of my 8,11,14 and 18 years ild daughters is not acceptable. Claiming to be latino restaurants but mainly Playing regueton with vanguard lyrics is disrespectful. Will never visit or recommend this place.

Great service with kind and attentive staff. It's loud but that's the vibe and you know what you're getting into. Still family friendly despite the music. Menu is massive and prices are very reasonable.
