The food was OK, I guess. But the service was the worst I've ever experienced. It took 25 minutes to get my drink (after it had already taken 15 minutes to order the drink), and an hour after that to get my food. Half of my table had already finished eating by then (besides the people who had also waited forever for their food).The waitress took half of our orders, then for some reason decided to leave for 15 minutes before coming back to take the rest of the orders. But apparently she didn't even put in my girlfriend's dad's order, which we only realized after waiting for an hour and 20 minutes and then asking about it. (Btw we were there for his birthday dinner smh, and we had travelled 30+ miles from Boston for it). Then the manager was disrespectful to him when he went to complain about it. I've never seen anything like that; usually managers are very nice and accomodating when their staff gets something wrong (it's a pretty important part of their job). The whole dining experience took way too long and was frustrating and underwhelming.I think part of the problem is that the waitress knew our bill would have an automatic 20% tip included because we had a large party, so she didn't feel the need to provide remotely tip-worthy service. I've never considered giving a low tip before, but this would have been the first time.The music was also absurdly loud, like standing near the speaker at a concert loud. I guess they're going for the "restaurant that's also a club" vibe, but having to yell to talk to the person right next to me wasn't very enjoyable. It being physically impossible to speak to most of the table kind of defeated the purpose of having a family dinner.Needless to say, we won't be coming back.

The main reason for the 1 star is because they forgot my beans when I made an order for a rice and chicken dinner. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back because I had to be at work. When customers are paying $20+ for a meal, we expect that we get everything we ordered. Please do better.

Oh my lanta!!! This restaurant is amazing! The atmosphere is welcoming, the service is immaculate, and the food oh my gosh!!!! DELICIOUS! We arrived around noon on a Sunday, at first it was empty but quickly began busy by 1. Our food still came out really quick and our server Julissa was very attentive and brung another round of our drinks when our food was ready. They were interested in our feedback and wanted to make sure we were having a great experience, which we absolutely did! Definitely recommend! They have space for couples and big groups. I got the churrasco y huevo (steak eggs and home fries), my partner got the tres golpes benedicto (poached eggs, fried salami and cheese, mango, and hollandaise sauce). For desert we got the cuatro leche

This place had a long wait, The drinks were very delicious and worth the price. The food was also amazing. The things that can change is how loud the music was, the attitude of the staff. They seemed very unhappy to attend me. The food also took a very long time. Honestly i do not see myself returning it wasn't the most pleasant time.Parking: If you can find one enjoy.

The food is acceptable, cold and in garnish they do not put what you ask for, unprofessional, they bring you the food along with the starter, appetizer) the waitresses are not attentive, they are about hotel management and with its atmosphere and decoration, if they were professionals they would fill much more, but your service is horrible, it has happened to me three times, that's why you decide to write. I am also a printer in Lawrence, a medical professional, so that you can improve its quality and professionalism that is why I write. Blessings and hopefully better
