My husband and I will order take out from the Claddagh from time to time. On our most recent order several weeks ago, there were some items missing. When I called, I spoke with Brian. He went so far as to offer driving the missing items to our home. What?! Talk about Customer Service!!! We told him it was absolutely unnecessary, mistakes happen. Knowing how far he'd go to make it right was enough in our book. He let me know the next time we placed an order to go, to specifically ask for him. Well- we did so tonight. Low and behold, he stuck to his word and absolutely made things right. The food is delicious as always but the Customer Experience/Service is what makes it great!
Haven’t been here since the change of management, I’m so glad my husband and I went here for lunch food was top notch drinks absolutely out standing will be back here again

Where to begin…So we sat down next to another couple at the high tops. Us at one, the other couple next to us, and the third high top empty at the moment. We were immediately greeted for a beverage to start our night. I ordered a corona and my fiancée ordered a Coke and a water. About 7 minutes go by and we received our drinks, we then put our order in, entrees and an app. 10 minutes later another couple had sat down at the third high top that was empty as we sat down. After 45 minutes we had not even received our app, the third couple had already finished there dinner and left. Mean while at that point I had cancelled our app since Tawnya O. told us the kitchen was running behind, which was only mozzarella sticks that don’t take 45 minutes to make. Meanwhile as I said the other couple had sat ate and finished. Also two gentleman at the bar had sat a half hour after us, and got there food at the exact same time as we did. I typically don’t write reviews, but instead of Tawnya being honest and saying she forgot to put our food in, they blamed the kitchen staff. Not only that, but the blonde older manager on duty came and backed up her lie. I would have been completely fine if I was told the truth, instead I watched two completely different people be served before us, which there food came from the same kitchen. As you can see in the receipt we didn’t order any thing extravagant that would take a ton of time. After all said and done, Tawnya told us she took half off both of our entrees. I’m not a math teacher, but half off 39 dollars doesn’t come out to 10 dollars. That was the third lie of the night. Overall don’t recommend this place, honesty is not in there policy it seems like.

First time going to The Claddagh. I was a fan favorite of the Fireside for decades, & I was excited to check the new place out. I made reservations for 6 people, as were attending to see George Williams play. Four of us were seated promptly. The waitress made a comment that they would not have reserved a table for 4 people. I let her know that the other couple was coming in a little bit later for food and drinks. Once George set up his equipment he sat down with his wife and they ordered food and drinks. The table was full all night long. I got the baked haddock. It was good. The portion was not large. They offered two sides. The service was good. Waitress was busy and forgot a few times to bring drinks back over. It was also very cold inside. The A/C was blasting down on our table. Two of us had to get sweaters from our cars because it was too cold.
I will give it another try. It could have been an off night...

I think their food is great. Service is good, no problem there, and the drinks are good too. No complaints! The menu is quite like fireside but thats okay, we loved going there as one of our Saturday lunch restaurant rotations. Will keep going!
Great rubber 👍
Bobby G on Monday night is why we go
Three times is my last. Service is so slow you can grow a beard waiting for your food. The waitress isn’t in much of a hurry either. The food is bland, very quiet on a Saturday night should tell you something. Never again, learned my lesson, three strikes and your OUT. Second time wasn’t much better. Ordered fish sandwich, way undercooked, mouth full of grease. We were there for lunch, not very crowded. Asked the waitress what was taking so long, she indicated one order was being redone. I want to like this place, but so far not to good.
Stopped in for the first time with a few friends for lunch. The restaurant looks great, waitress was attentive. I ordered the steak and cheese sub, portion was a little small, but it tasted really good. Also had the Claddagh fries, they were a little undercooked, kind of nitpicking here. Everyone else enjoyed there sandwiches. Prices were good, will definitely return.

This place is stellar. I had the Rancher Wrap, didn't disappoint at all. The cheese was melty, the lettuce was shredded greatly, and the breaded chicken? Prime-time.

The Claddagh Pub and former Fireside is a great place to grab a Ruben. Prices are reasonable with great service.

I'm not sure if it was just an off night or what ,but man my fried clams were awful ,soggy and greasy and plus the undercooked yet burned fries were ok enough to eat but won't be going back anytime soon. Waitress was nice and attentive.

FYI the lunch plate of fried class for 18.99 had 5 class and a starter sauce cup of coleslaw. I came home and needed to eat. The class were delicious large whole belly but 5. If I eat here again it will not be fried clam lunch portion. Loud and barlike.

On a thursday eve, I spent $18 on a reuben sandwich that looked like it deserved to be on the school lunch menu. Small, soggy bread and limp French fries and chewy corned beef. So disappointing. Husband got a burger that was ok, with the same soggy and limp French fries. The service was fair. I had low expectations of the claddagh due to its lawrence location. Wouldn't have taken much to raise the bar from low to not so low. With all of the amazing restaurants within a 5 mile radius, I'll pass on this place. It's a bar, without good bar food.
If this place wants to stay in business, they really need to up their game in the kitchen.
