The people were just chatting to their friends and among each other and the cashier would not take my order. Waited so long and ended up leaving, such a bad customer service. Also the floor was sticky.

Ridiculous costumer service, had a order done who never got to me, over a hour waiting for to be told they didn’t have my food and that the order wasn’t in the system, when I had clearly done it, acc the worse Wendy’s I gone to recommend the one near Lawrence high way better.

it’s ridiculous. i ordered the jbc biggie bag and for the burger, the buns were missing. tomato, lettuce and pickles were added which i did not order. the meal comes with a 4 piece chicken nuggets, i only got three which two of them were original and one of them was spicy. i ordered the original ones.

Restrooms had No toilet paper. Asked the front for some and they gave us two napkins. Crew was not friendly and rude when I asked for pickles that I clearly added to my chicken sandwich. Restaurant was wet all over. Tables not clean. They had no condiments out or napkins for customers. Everyone was just moving around at a slow pace. We were going to eat in but decided it was better off to eat in our car. DO not recommend this establishment.

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this location calls for one. This location is the worst Wendy’s I have ever been to in my life. Ordered some spicy nugs, they were cold and gross. Gave me the wrong sauce as well. Do yourself a favor and save your time and money. Don’t go here!

There were maybe 3 employees working the weekday lunch rush so service was very slow and disorganized. No napkins or condiments out for customers to use and bathrooms were locked. The food was fresh though and they did get my order right which is a gamble.
