Terrible issue with delinquent children from Lawrence highschool that hangout and purposely damage the property of vehicles. Staff does nothing 😞 to attend to matter when happening and since then we've not seen anything put in place to control these large crowds of children that cannot act appropriately in public.

Poor and slow customer service, place had one car ahead of me yet sat here for 15 minutes in the drive thru, got the order wrong. She doesnt repeat the order when im speaking through the intercom, she doesn't acknowledge what im saying at all basically

I ordered through the mobile app, went through drive through pick up, first I asked for sugar for the coffee I ordered the employee was trying to give me pepper packets telling me it’s sugar, please know the difference between what is sugar and pepper I didn’t want to add pepper to my coffee. Then the other employee I interacted with looked like she was at home with drive through headsets taking orders bad attitude with no work uniform. I would also like to add my order was incomplete but I did get a fork to eat the missing item…….. I didn’t bother going back, I didn’t find it worth it after being told pepper packets is sugar at this location. Customer service and proper work attire is lacking at this location.

I love it here!!! The staff are nice & sometimes fun to talk to and they take their job seriously especially when the highschoolers sometimes get out of hand in the store, they’re super nice :)) i love this place

The best fast food Burger in the USA! We were extremely well received in this establishment by the manager today (11/15/2024 around 8 p.m.). The service, although with a specific order (sandwiches without onions), was extremely fast and without any errors. The only downside: a group of young teenagers, who made a lot of noise running and shouting all over the room, without even drinking 🤷♂️ We will come back, despite everything, with pleasure, for the quality of the sandwiches, the nuggets and the Frosty...and above all, the manager's sense of customer service (thanks for the discovery of the salted caramel Frosty 😉!). In short, as a "Local Guide" (level 7/10) from France, I recommend 👍

I like the new table arrangement they did. This location is close to the high school so often times it felt like coming to a school cafeteria with all the high school kids so I usually went through the drive through to avoid that. But the new tables in stead of booths changed the vibe. It’s still summer so we will see what it’s like after September. The Chili is always hot and never cold ?
