The service here is really good, and the place is always clean. I’ve visited several times, even when they’re busy, and they still manage to get orders out in a reasonable amount of time and at the right temperature. The food quality is satisfying overall — nothing to complain about — though since it’s a chain restaurant, I don’t expect perfection (just part of my personal philosophy). That’s why I’m giving 4 out of 5 for the food.
What stands out the most is the service from two of the managers! I don’t remember their names, but it’s a bilingual woman and a bilingual man. Both are friendly, quick to offer recommendations, and always have a pleasant, short conversation while taking your order. The whole process is fast and professional.
This location is definitely different from the Wendy’s between the Common and Hampshire St. that I reviewed earlier, a much better experience here

South Lawrence 114 Wendy's was amazing! I came in to buy food for my daughter and 4 other twelve year old girls, it was not easy.... but everyone, especially Manny, was extremely helpful! Great crew!!!!

Too hectic with tons of young people, I dont mind young people, but the cursing was a bit much. I asked for a cold brew caramel, they gave me a caramel ice cream 🙄 I was looking forward to a drink. It was so hectic, I just left with the ice cream. My husband ordered a biggie bag and didn't get his nuggets. So they really dont know what they are doing there.

Every time I get a frosty is always the wrong one in order I’m allergic to chocolate so I get vanilla and what do they give me chocolate every time?
Went through the drive through, ordered a Chicken sandwich combo, only to the discover that they got the order wrong and gave me two small chciken sandwiches instead with two sides of fries.

Terrible issue with delinquent children from Lawrence highschool that hangout and purposely damage the property of vehicles. Staff does nothing 😞 to attend to matter when happening and since then we've not seen anything put in place to control these large crowds of children that cannot act appropriately in public.
