I love that there’s a Starbucks in Lee but I was in a rush and grabbed this…. I should have said somewhere while I was there but HALF of this drink is cold foam. I ordered an Iced Coffee with cold foam….. I cant even drink it its gross. Really upset about it was looking forward to having my iced coffee but can’t get around the cold foam while sipping. I wish I had a spoon to scoop it out! Lol… paying for a venti too but basically got a grande because of the cold foam.Also, they were out of Matcha which is what I originally wanted

Chain store that is very well managed with staff that is customer service oriented and very clean and efficient.Vegetarian options: There are several veggie options to choose from to meet your meal and snacking needs.Parking: Very large lot with plenty of spaces and a long length for a long drive through line during busy times.Wheelchair accessibility: Choice handicapped parking right next to a wide and well constructed ramp leading up to an extra wide entry door to accommodate mobility devices.

Came from Westfield Starbucks but I had already went on the highway so I couldn’t turn back, (if you know then you know there’s no exits on the highway to go back) I went to lee Starbucks and the worst people, they were so rude, and they made the whole thing complicated. Never again.

They were out of drip coffee on a Saturday at 2pm. OUT OF DRIP COFFEE!?!?! Starbucks. Out of coffee. The guy behind the counter was nice and offered to make more but, I walked out.

This place is kind of new and a welcome addition to the community..... Kind of reminds me of McDonalds...... Literally plastic food in the display case for demo purposes...... Staff seemed like they were listening to their own music on their headsets..... Otherwise unresponsive trying to speaking to them.

This Starbucks is not what I expected. Really disappointed. I would rather go to Pittsfield then stop in here. In a nutshell, it is cold and unfriendly. The floor looks like cement, there are no comfortable cloth chairs or couches. I don’t think it was intended for local people, only for those dropping in off the mass pike. The take out window is so high that it is uncomfortable. This was a lot friendlier as a Friendlies than at a Starbucks and I’ve been to dozens around the world and the one where I live is a real disappointment. It is like a prison yard with good coffee and a very friendly staff. UG.
