The lead employee here had a complete disregard for basic respect for people. This is at a rest stop and people are trying to get home after long rides - who wants to have the cashier be rude, arrogant and dismissive? And then hold my food (which was paid for and ready) and purposely not hand it over? Next time save yourself from a headache.

I go to DAngelos every time I’m in Ma, love the food but this time I ordered a chicken teriyaki rice bowl and got a chicken teriyaki soup, when I politely asked for it to be corrected the cook started running his mouth dropping F bombs like they were candy, after getting the corrected meal (teriyaki on the side) the cook said “here’s your F ing food have a Happy F ing New Year”, I asked the manager to get the cooks attitude in check and she said “ I’m the F ing manager and you need to F ing leave”. I will be reporting this to corporate because neither of them should be in the jobs they are in!!!

Stopped at D'Angelo on the MA Pike 9/24/2023. When I tell you it was THE MOST satisfying Italian grinder I have had in a very long time, I'm not exaggerating. I wanted a veggie pokket, but they are looking for a new distributer due to quality issues, so I got a small Italian with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles and a little mayo. I ate it while my husband drove. It was so good. I haven't had a D'Angelos anything for a long time as I moved out of MA in 2016, so I really enjoyed this one. Oh, and the service was outstanding. Two guys, both so friendly and nice. Good job guys!!!

Waited for 15 minutes wondering why they weren't open. Had to go up and ask what was going on to find out they were running behind and would not be open soon. Things happen but this should've at least been communicated with a sign. Unprofessional and disappointing.

They regularly make my order wrong, even though it’s straight off their menu. Also, on more than one occasion, my vegetarian grinders have had chunks of meat. They also skimp on ingredients (because they’re on the overcharged turnpike?). Won’t return.

Apparently you have to say No tomato no onion 5 times because 4 didn’t work.

Just stopped for lunch with my kids at the Lee, Massachusetts rest stop,, and can't say enough good about the friendly service. My son ordered in error and they cheerfully amended his order and even brought it to our table. Everyone was nice, but the lady at the register was above and beyond pleasant. Great experience and tasty lunch!

Lobster roll so worth it

$18 sandwich. 2 strips of bacon. Dry. Very sad sandwich for the price. Guy at the cashier was miserable. Just a sad place altogether.

Very helpful behind the counter….ordered a large sandwich that I was splitting with my wife and they wrapped the halves separately.

I split an oh so yummy small lobster roll with my mom. While ordering, I said, "we are going to split a small lobster roll."Jason, the griller, went above & beyond, without us asking, & toasted each of us our own bun, & split the lobster, & packed them separately for us!Outstanding customer service! What a sweetie!

Stopped here on the chance that I could find something decent to eat after a long drive. To my surprise, D'Angelo's offered Korean Barbecue so I figured what the heck. It was a delight and had fabulous flavor. What an unexpected treat! Will definetly stop again when I go through here again!

Good service and patient with my 94 year old mom making her choices. Pizza was hot and Mom enjoyed a toasted sandwich.

Amazing food and the clerk behind the counter was so incredible. He was friendly, patient and he brought our food over to us and he didn't have to do that.
