Terrible service. Line was held up for ten minutes because cashier couldn’t figure out how to make exact change. They also were severely understaffed and had a slow food prep system. Eat anywhere else at this rest stop.

I should have taken photos of the person and the food served. Entitlement of food service workers at its best.I ordered a bowl without any meat. The person making the bowl accidentally added it. No big deal mistakes happen. Then she proceeded to remove the chicken instead of making a new bowl. I saw that and checked my bowl only to find chicken in it. When I showed it to you the person taking orders she refused to acknowledge their LIE. Then the preparer came back and did not bother to apologize. Then she yelled at me. So she made a mistake and then had the audacity to yell at me. Wonder what Fresh City is teaching them to do. Next time the food service workers complain about anything check your behavior.Those stopping at this plaza,Skip this place. Not worth it.

Awful service and food.The guy was a space cadet with no idea what is going on. Forgot both my cheese and avocado and when I went back to get it, he put rotten black avocado on it.My boyfriends wrap was swamped in sauce, with 4 tiny pieces of chicken and they left both ends open and still cut it down the middle, it was an absolute disaster to try to eat.Ended up wasting money and throwing basically both out and getting nuggets from McDonald.

All of it was disgusting. The last working never greeted us, never said have a good day. I got the bari and it was suppose to have basil. They just switched it for roman lettuce. ?? never asked me if that was okay. I watched her do it - I said something and she goes oh we don't have basil and never offered me a different sandwich or option. Just put the lettuce on. All the sandwiches we got were foul and the staff was exactly the same.

Very disappointed. I used to love getting the burritos wraps at this place pre-pandemic. They were only making "wraps and salads" today but apparently this didn't include the burrito wrap. So I ordered the mandarin sesame chicken wrap. They substituted croutons instead of wantons, and tons of Italian dressing instead of sesame ginger dressing, and left out the peppers - basically a soggy Italian chicken wrap. I won't be returning.

I used to love it here. Great place, nice people and wonderful items. Very interesting and super fun!
Very poorly staffed at this location. One woman working, in the back doing dishes pretending she wasn't open. It's 6:30pm and the lines at all the other food options are super long. Watched 6 customers walk up, wait, try to get her attention and then take their business elsewhere. Close down the location if you aren't going to staff it properly. No wonder you are closing everywhere

I can't rate this place as low as it deserves. Obviously you're only coming here out of desperation because you're on the road but save yourself time, aggravation and potential food poisoning. Pack your own food and skip this place.

Out of mostly everything, which happens but they knew they were out and didn't say anything. Food wasnt great, and even the chips were stale. I do NOT recommend.
