Get a new strategy. Telling people to park when noone else is in line and bringing food to my window is far slower and more inconvenient. I dont care about your timer.

Becky was the most pleasant McDonald's employee I've ever met. I'm not surprised she's been with McDonald's for 25 years. She's a gem.

Truly one of the most disgusting fast food restaurants I've ever been to. My wife, adult daughter and myself were traveling through the area, and decided to grab a bite to eat. We SPECIFIED we wanted food that was fresh off the grill. While waiting for our order, we received our drink cups. The whole restaurant was filthy, there were no cup lids or napkins. The condiment containers were empty, except for one or two. There was no paper in either restroom to dry your hands on, and none of the air driers worked. We opted to eat in the car, because it was spotless compared to the indide of the restaurant. All of the food was at best, luke warm and tge fries were cold. Even the soda lacked carbonation. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to eat.

Doing a drive-through Lee, around 11:30 am. we wanted something quick to eat so we pulled into this McDonaldâs.
Went to the drive up window waited for somebody to respond, yelled hello hello hello . Nobody responded. Went by two both drive up windows,
No one in sight. Pulled out of there went down further to see if there was another fast food restaurant there was nothing in sight so we figured OK. Turn around go back to McDonaldâs this time park the car went into the restaurant waited for service everybody that was getting service the app so they got served first before the customers coming in off the street this is totally wrong. Waited a little longer. A person said oh be with you in a minute and then another person went over to them and said oh you have to give this one you have to serve this one talking about another customer. We turned around and walked out the last time I went to a McDonaldâs in Springfield Massachusetts. It was so expensive. I swore Iâd never go back, but we needed something to eat the only reason why we went back there now I swear on this website, my husband and I will never step foot in another McDonaldâs fast food companies that make your meal smaller and smaller are getting out of control. Service sucks

This is by far the worst McDonald's that I have ever been in my life the fact that it is a McDonald's sitting right at the entrance of the Mass Pike and I am giving it one star, it's insane. 1st, it is a tiny McDonald's. 2nd, if you plan on parking your car and going inside to eat that would be a huge mistake. They prioritize the drive-thru and I literally ordered a chicken sandwich and I waited 20 minutes for my chicken sandwich. I was better off going through the drive-thru. 3rd, being that this McDonald's is Tiny it is also dirty. The tables had food stain that you can tell were from hours prior to me going inside. And finally when they finally decided to give me my chicken sandwich, it was cold and it probably had about three shreds of letters and a huge amount of mayonnaise. This McDonald's ought to be a shame of themselves. I would urge and suggest that people do not stop at this McDonald's

I had already placed and received an order. I just wanted a gulp of water before getting back on the road (because I got a coffee with my breakfast), but I was told that I would have to pay ¢25 to ¢75 for a water cup. Is this franchise really that parsimonious to charge paying customer for a cup?

Replacing human beings with kiosks has only made this place more dysfunctional and created a worse environment for customer service. I ordered three Happy meals and it took almost 30 minutes and countless other people had their orders messed up during the process.
