Staff really nice. Steaks came out still mooing- had asked for medium rare. Sides so so and dessert not great. Disappointing.

A large group of us reserved an area and buffet style dinner. The food was fantastic, particularly the tenderloin, roasted asparagus, and tiramisu. We had drinks in the bar and the waitstaff was attentive in checking on us, even providing takeout containers for leftovers from the generous buffet.

I couldn’t get past the cat urine smell. I’m not sure that is what it actually was but it was offensive. Waitress never cracked a smile. We ordered duck, which was good and the ribeye steak. Steak came raw not medium rare and I spit out more than I swallowed. I took it home and hopefully it will be better pan fried with eggs for breakfast. Such an expensive disappointment.

Ordered a burger. Completely undercooked and not how I ordered. Ordered medium well and got medium rare. Also weird smell in building. Fries were okay. With three tables full in the restaurant it was horrible.
P.s. sad old man at the front needs to just fire his kitchen staff because they are not doing too well.

Ate dinner here only. Fantastic meal and service. We ate here last year and were so impressed had to go back. We both had steak dinner. She the tenderloin and I had the strip. Both as tender as could be and flavorful. They must double fry the hand cut fries because they are so crunchy and flavorful. Great selection of beer and wine. It’s quite a full meal. Our server was so pleasant and attentive. The place has really authentic old tavern atmosphere but is bright unique.

The dining was so quaint and the food was exquisite. My sister had the Duck with Demi glaze, asparagus and a yummy beet salad on the side. I had the special tonight that was a large pork chop with tomato risotto. The pork chop was cooked to perfection. Tender and juicy. I added a bit of their homemade horseradish cream sauce on the pork chop and it was delicious. The risotto was very delightful and tasty. I will definitely come back again while in town.

Stopped for dinner on a Sunday evening while traveling from NY to Boston. Quaint old Inn. My husband had the TBone steak. It was cooked medium rare, which was exactly what he wanted, but it was heavily salted. The french fries were a bit too salty also. Other than that ... the meals were good.

Very expensive for what you got. I had hanger steak and it was very salty, minimal portion. I also had roasted beets that were covered in minced garlic that was burned. My friend ordered a strip steak that was full of gristle. Overall poor experience and the waitress was condescending. I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't go back. The bill was almost $100 without appetizers or drinks.
A truly exceptional dining experience. Wonderful service alongside delicious food. The filet mignon was cooked perfectly, the cheeseburger was amazing, and the wings were excellent. Highly recommend!
