After a long drive down I90, I figured i would stop at the Lee Plaza. Papa Ginos looked really good.
Unfortunately I was ignored by the staff. It waa 7:43pm. I knew they closed at 8pm. The staff clearly saw me, but continued with their closing duties. I even thought grabbing a lemonade would get their attention. Nope. I put the lemonade back in the cooler and exited the rest stop.
My advice? I suppose don't try to patronize the establishment near closing time.
Pizza looked really good though.

Its at a rest stop and its paired with another food chain. Service is decent and atmosphere is as good as it can be at a rest stop.

The food was excellent and the cook was very polite and pleasant. The server however, was very rude. My sister was ahead of me and she ordered pepperoni pizza and he told her they only had cheese. I ordered right after her and he only had 2 slices of cheese left and when I said I needed five slices he said he only had 2 slices of cheese and a pepperoni in the oven and then there would be no more pizza. He then told another customer there was no more pizza. He opened it again later. No smile on his face and rude as can be. Bad for business.

Food was not good. Man at the counter really didn’t want to be there. That’s cool, who wants to be at work? But food was bad. I wish I went to McDonald or tried Fresh City. Because if that food isn’t good at least it’ll be a healthy choice.
Rudest server ever. Mumbling insults while you order.
Chicken Vermonter was excellent! But there was next to NO Chicken on it. I brought it back up and the staff said there's only 4 oz. of chicken on it. Those few chicken shreds barely covered 1/4 of the sandwich. Tasted fantastic but the severe lack of Chicken on a chicken sandwich is pretty bad. Staff was great tho
Slow service. Bad attitude. Lobster roll ok.
Poor service. Not sure if will go back.
Delicious Food & Great Service!
If you’re passing through Lee, MA, on I-90, skip the fast food and stop at Papa Gino’s! Their menu has something for everyone—crispy, fresh-topped pizzas, hearty pasta, subs, and salads—all made fresh and full of flavor.
The service is fast and friendly, making it a great choice whether you’re dining in or grabbing takeout. With quality that far exceeds typical fast food and reasonable prices, it’s a must-visit for a satisfying meal.
Highly recommend!
